Highly recommended place to stay, beautiful patio inside the building. Location is perfect, in the middle of Old Cadiz. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. We received a map and a lot of recommendations, starting with where to park the car for the lowest price, where to eat good local food and ice creams and of course which places to visit.

Charming building and friendly staff

The building has a very nice interior decoration and is located in the old town of Cadiz, therefore it is close to every sights on foot. Staff is really really nice and friendly 🙂

It can be noisy in the street outside. But it was only for a couple of hours the first night.

We had a very good stay and walked to every site. Cadiz is a very interesting vibrant city.

Very well situated and the receptionist was extremely helpful.

It was very light in the room at night. I would sheet black out curtains.

Nice spot in rhe center of town

The location was good. Room was clean Great recommendations

Room wasn't very comfortable and it was really loud due to carnival, people up screaming in until 2 am and then they cleaning of the streets until 7am. We couldn't open the window because it smelt so bad outside. But I assume when it's not carnival this is quiet little area. Could have better coffee or tea like every other place we stayed in Spain. No bells and whistles, just a simple place to stay

Love the location! The owners were helpful and friendly!

Loved the reception decor and the owners were wonderful and helpful.

The TV is located in a poor location. No rugs, very cold floors. Several chipped cups and bowls. Bed was queen size.

Very beautiful hotel, in a great location. Restaurants, bars and shops close by. Beach 15 mins walk away. The host is great, very friendly and knows the area very well. Was able to recommend great restaurant and shows.

Amazing experience

It's an amazing place to stayed .Located in Old Town Cadiz near Cadiz Court Museum and Plaza de Abastos, as well as are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Church of Oratorio de San Felipe Neri and Torre Tavira,etc. Many restaurants and bar. Easy for sightseeing. Friendly staff. Extremely clean.

We aren't TV people,so this isn't a big problem for us. Apparently the routers are not working properly so the TV wasn't available. Guillermo tried to solved the issue. We don't care about that, we read and talked a lot!

Superb

The young lady on reception was delightful, she gave us great advice on how to get the most out of our stay in Cadiz. The rooms were authentic and the location was beautiful. It's only a 7 minute walk to the beach or to the gardens. It's an incredible city!

Just the doors to the room weren't sound proof. Not a huge issue as other guests were considerate.

Great location right in the center of Cadiz. The hosts were nice and helpful, gave us lots of info on the best routes and best places to eat. The patio and the building are beautiful and tastefully furnished. The room was big, it even had a small kitchen. We would come back again!

The beds were not very comfortable, but we appreciate this is very personal. Overall a great stay!

Lovely clean room with good facilities. Super Location.

Excellent value for money 61€. We parked our Mini in the hotel garage/lock-up, which is next door to the hotel’s front door. Well worth the 12€.

WORST HOTEL IN ANDALUSIA, HORRIBLE RATE QUALITY/PRICE

The apartment was big. Nothing else

The service was terrible and the owners are STINGY!!! WE PAID 117€ WITHOUT BREAKFAST and the Kettle of our apartment didn't work!!! We arrived at late afternoon and we decided to use the parking provided from the owners inside a little garage of the house, at the price of 12 €....When in the morning we did check-out we discovered that we have to pay 12 € but at the same time we have to remove our car before than 12:00. Look, the public parking during the night are free in Cadice. We demonstrate that in the booking page of this hotel, nothing was write about the parking but recepsionist want the money at every cost!! Just a last thing, the owner recommends guest to have breakfast in a place near the house and then goes to inform that she has sent the customers. GO AWAY FROM THIS "HOTEL"

Exceptional

We had asked for a double bed, and although at that time there was none available the great staff made it possible and arranged a change with other guests. That was really greatly appreciated, extraordinary service! The bed was VERY comfortable and the room as a whole very pretty. The location is perfect for exploring this beautiful town. We parked the car in a public car garage, which was no problem.
