the room was spacious and clean with a balcony and windows overlooking vineyards in both directions. I recommend walking through the property and seeing the hazelnut trees and pomegranate trees and other fruits on their farm. They serve a lovely, delicious breakfast every morning with local products - like eggs from their own chickens and fruits and jams. And Andrea, is the most welcoming host. He speaks many languages, and really takes an interest in what each guest is looking to do - from hikes, to food, to wine tasting, vineyard tours or village visits. He will also call producers and set up tastings for you. We really had a perfect stay and highly recommend Cascina Giardini.

If you are visiting langhe this is the only place to stay. The location is fantastic, close to all the major wine regions (barolo, barberesco.) and only a short drive into the town of Alba. But what really makes this place special is Andrea and his mom Rosa. They are the nicest people in the world and can help with reservations, activities, and even shipping wine back home.

The hospitality was amazing. Rosa is all heart and bless her hands making all the delicious home-made pastries and cakes. Andrea with his endless patience and knowledge guided us answering all our needs. They both made our stay unforgettable!

We loved the daily homemade breakfast, mostly the delicious cakes Andrea's mom backes herself and having fresh fruits and veggies from their own yard garden ist just amazing. Our one year old kid was able to run around the nice garden and play with the cats as if we were at home. We enjoyed a lot being at cascina Giardini. Andrea is an excellent host, who helped us every time we needed it. Happy we found that lovely cosy place ☺️

Spacious and airy bedroom, comfortable living room in charming B&B. Good variety for breakfast and a special grazie to mamma Rosa for the freshly baked cakes in the morning. B&B is located in the middle of some hazelnut orchards about 15 min from the city centre of Alba.

Excellent service and hospitality, and very nice rooms set in a beautiful hazel nut orchard about 6 km. from the town of Alba. Host Andrea speaks English well, and very kindly shares with guests his excellent knowledge of the wine properties, restaurants and walking/trekking options in the region. Breakfast is outstanding, and varies considerably from day to day as they offer different specialty foods from the area, some of which are produced on the property. Very pleasant common areas inside and out. Lovely wines offered at friendly prices, including a very nice Arneis at E10 per bottle.

We had a very nice stay at Cascina Giardini! For bikers a bit of a challenge to get there but once arrived it’s all worth the effort! Andrea is also very kind and helpful; together with his mother they will make you feel straight at home!

Lovely place that is close to all the communes. Andrea is very helpful and gives good advice on things to do and restaurants for dining. The breakfast is a sumptuous feast with different items every day. We also enjoyed sitting in the garden.

Andrea and Rosa were fantastic hosts, always available for all the questions we had. Learnt a lot about the region and the importance of nocciola. Thanks for a wonderful stay, until we meet you next time...grazie and ciao.

A beautiful property, with superb hospitality. We were treated extremely well and had all we needed for our stay. Breakfast is delicious with ample choice. The location is close to Alba and wineries.

Excellent stay! Loved the location, close enough to city center and wineries but also got to take in the beauty of the countryside, surrounded by vineyards and could see the picturesque Alps in the distance. Andrea was super helpful in providing recommendations and took the time to help us make reservations at restaurants etc. Great breakfast every morning too! We will definitely be back!

Our first time in Alba and also the first time travelled with our 2 months baby. Shabby chic place with spectacular panorama, 15 mins by car to the centre. The apartment was clean and had all the necessaries for a stay. Andrea is the best host ever, very kind and always available. My husband brought the white truffle from the fair and he kindly cleaned for us so that we can have for breakfast. Moreover, as travelled with the baby we forgot the local cheeses that we bought in the fridge. Andrea was volunteered to ship them back to us. What can I say, if anyone visit Alba, I suggest to come here. And of course us too.

We stayed at Cascina Giardini for 3 days. It was a wonderful experience! Andrea and his mother were very nice and extremely helpful in every way. We wanted to book bikes in order to get to know the region a little bit and Andrea organized everything for us. On our last day at Cascina Giardini he also organized an olive oil tasting for us. If you like cats you can look forward to meeting Ercole, a very handsome male cat that likes to make new friends :). The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed homemade and local products. Andrea speaks English very well but if you want to practise your Italian he will also speak Italian with you. We would definitely like to return to this beautiful place if we have the opportunity to do so.

Great location, very quiet and close to Alba. Renovated farm with a beautiful seating area and a "forest" of hazelnuts around. The hosts are very nice, Andrea will advise you in every area (what to see, where to taste wine and, of course, where to eat) and his mother will bake / prepare wonderful local delicacies for breakfast. I highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Cascina Giardini. We were welcomed by a lovely family. The area, the house and rooms are super nice and clean, well taken care of. Really convenient place to stay and easy drive to manu wonerirs, villages and Alba. Fantastic breakfast and great hazelnut spread! Would recommend and hope to be back soon.

Beautiful location in countryside. Breakfasts absolutely amazing, with local eco products and home made cakes made by „mamma” Rosa. Extremely friendly and taking care hosts. Strongly recommend Cascina Giardini! The property is comfortable, quiet and super clean. Breakfast was delicious. Host was very amiable and super helpful. Everyone was super nice to us. I recommend staying for a few days to fully enjoy the house and its outdoors, and explore the region with time. Location is extremely convenient to explore the beautiful region of Alba, its great food and wines. Will for sure return!

Welcoming staff, excellent breakfast with delicious homemade cakes, marmalade, hazelnut cream and yogurt. Beautiful view on the hills. While waiting for the check-in we’ve been offered a glass of wine and some of their own delicious hazelnuts. Overall relaxing atmosphere.

Amazing service with personalized recommendations for wine tasting and dinner in a nearby village (also excellent). Fantastic breakfast with home grown produce and homemade cakes.

Would be great to have an EV charging station but the owner said that it’s in his plans.

I had a wonderful week at this place, and would have also stayed longer if I could. Breakfast was great - with a selection of homemade and local products by small producers every morning, such as homemade cakes and jams, frittatas, salami, cheese, etc. The place was very calm, in a beautiful area and had stunning views from the windows. It was very relaxing to be there. Still, it is close to everything and was good to explore the area all around - Barolo, Barbaresco, and other cities.. Private parking on site was good too. Andrea and his lovely mother are very nice hosts, going an extra mile and having great tips to follow. Andrea helped me to organize a few things to the area, such as wine tastings, truffel hunt, etc., and knows a lot about wine. I would like to come back.

Only a minor thing: In the corner room the wifi signal was sometimes weak, and an extra receiver would solve it.

Cascina Giardini was a truly amazing experience. Located on a picturesque working hazelnut farm, you have everything you need to get the full Piemont experience. Andrea and his lovely mother were amazing hosts. Andrea was there for anything we needed - and he had some fabulous recommendations for activities and restaurants. His mother cooked amazing breakfasts every morning and always had a smile on her face. I would pack up my bags and move there if I could.
