An enjoyable stay and would recommend it to others.

We loved this little hotel and can tell it's had some recent renovations. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and really we didn't need anything else for the 2 days we stayed there. We loved the coffee cart, that was an added bonus. The location was close to plenty of places to eat and to the water.

The shower was just a tad too small and the water went everywhere. Thankfully I was able to get more linen off the cleaning staff to replace all the towels and floor mats. This is not something that can really be fixed but the volume of traffic, made it really difficult when trying to turn right and onto the main road. We ended up turning left and doing a U-turn.

Convenient and comfy

The hotel was close to Warners Bay shops and directly opposite the bay and walking track. Air con was very effective on hot days and nights

Friendly staff, good location, quiet.

Great location, room was clean. Great value for money.

The hot water wasn't very hot, but staff quickly remedied the problem. No ice in the room, but staff got some ice for us.

Pleasant

Pool area was not able to be used - this should be clearly stated. Housekeeping didn't remove our dishes and there was no way for us to wash them. When we let reception know, they said the cleaners didn't like touching other people's dishes. Also we were looking forward to trying the Japanese restaurant but they wouldn't do takeaways as they only had one chef on and said they had no space until late in the evening.

Beautiful location, easy access, free parking, good WiFi and streaming from your own services from your phone. Close to everything you may need.

Nothing really, the only thing I would of liked is a bigger room and bed.

very clean room tastefully furnished quiet location restaurant on site good light in bathroom

minor things such as no fan in bathroom only small soap for two people for two nights bed a bit too soft for me, but this is a personal preference

Everything was really nice the staff were friendly the location to the shops was excellent & the coffee van an added bonus.

Only negative was the mattress on the bed was too soft, a firmer mattress would be good..

the bathroom layout, the shower water moves outside of the shower perimeter and partially floods the bathroom floor, leaving the bath mat soaking wet

Exceptional

Bonus having not one but two electric Vehicle chargers on site. 7Kw chargers at that. I would strongly recommend including this service in your 'Facilities' list. Maybe listing your motel on Plugshare. The bible for EV owners. Also having Jimmy's outside providing good coffee to the guests an locals. We will spread the good news.

We enjoyed our stay very much, nice way to spend valentines with your life partner.

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and clean, the coffee and tea making equipment was great, the furniture was in great condition and well laid out

The space between the bed and the cupboard was too narrow, the TV set-up was not great mostly because the internet was slow and intermittent.

no vending machines for soft drinks when the van is shut the towels are too small

Nice location with a great Coffee van. It said water views, but you had to look over roof and around trees.

Close to the water front. coffee van out the front is great. Room is freshly done up.

our room was next to restaurant and walls do not keep noise out. small room to have a Queen and single bed in. Bathroom was not clean as hair on floor behind door.

Not so much a dislike, or anything negative about the property, however the motel is just that little to far to walk everywhere. Driving/cabs are required to get to Speers Point or anywhere outside the Esplanade.
