An absolute gem of a place, great for a one-night or extended stay

The property is well-secured with a private gate. The parking lot and walkways are well lit, but the blackout curtains in the room means this will not spoil your sleep. The venue is wonderfully designed with lovely little gardens and a pool, and the view from the restaurant is especially good. The rooms are very modern and clean with all the facilities I was hoping to find.

The breakfast staff were very friendly and accommodating (they catered for takeaway). Great variety for breakfast selection and tea/coffee /mini bar in room. Seamless check-in and check-out. No disruption due to loadshedding end good Internet connection.

Only selected channels available on DSTV.

Comfortable stay . Enjoyed it. If in Durbanville again will stay again

Breakfast was great with warm breakfasts served as well as fresh fruit and variety of breads. Location is very central in Durbanville. Great spot. Bed was super comfortable as well as linen . Great wifi signal, room had some snacks available. Shower and bath included. Everything you need

Beautiful guesthouse

Very clean, well kept facilities neat garden, calm atmosphere. Room was spacious and very neat. Lovely breakfast. They prepared a small breakfast for our early departure. We will stay here again!

I was the organiser of this stay for guests that stayed and everyone felt that the 4 Palms was a fantastic venue

Only issue was that after the wedding at Goedgeleven nobody could get Ubers and there was chaos with many guests stranded due to lackmof transport from the venue to the the arranged accommodation and Durbanville as a suburb should look at this opportunity of offering the services of getting people from this venue back into town.

Perfect home away from home

The place is amazing. It was one of the better locations we stayed at during our Christmas break. The staff were awesome and Carina the owner was there too and she went out of her way to accommodate us and cater to our abnormal needs. It was just the perfect home away from home

Distance from places we wanted to visit was a little far from what we have been used to. But nothing unmanageable

Four Palms is a very nice questhouse in a nice part of town, not far from places we wanted to go. Carina and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast, great coffee. Very clean and comfortable room that includes a little kitchenette that was very well kitted out. Secure and ample parking. They organised airport pick up for me and accepted a TakeAlot delivery. Would definitely stay again.

my room was next to the office and the breakfast room so could hear that but it had more privacy and was bigger so bit of a trade off. And noise was not sufficient that i considered asking to move.

Very spacious and well equipped room. Breakfast was fantastic and made even more special by the beautiful view from the breakfast room. Very safe and secure in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. staff friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t really anything not to like, and we will definitely stay here again, but we would prefer a room away from the parking area next time as we we slightly disturbed by late/early comings and goings. it wasn’t much of a problem though. The bed was rather on the firm side but great for my husband!
