Loud music, parties, or other activities that disturb the peacefulness of the residential neighborhood are not allowed. -Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited -Inside our Bear Box are three garbage containers. All trash must be bagged and tied tightly, deposited in the trash cans, and lid put back on each can. The trash bags must be level with the cans, no overflowing trash. Tahoe Refuse picks-up at 6:30am on Thursdays. If you create more garbage then the 3-can Bear Box can hold, you are responsible for this garbage.
