Situated in Brigantine, this charming house for R 11,051 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Looking for a great family beach getaway? This ocean block home has everything you will want. Quick access to the beach, the bay, golf course and 2+ miles of undeveloped beach. If you have never walked to the northern tip of Brigantine Island you are missing a special treat. Our home has 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths, a large outdoor shower and multiple decks with ocean or bay views. The deck off the living room is great for morning coffee. The upstairs deck is very large and has seating for 10. In the middle of summer parking at the beach can be a little challenging. Our home offers you two driveways so you can easily park 4 cars at any time. Our home is at the corner of 12 Street North and East Beach Avenue. You are minutes away from the casinos but our house is in a quiet family friendly area. Only a short walk away is a great family restaurant called the Pirates Den. The house has two zone air conditioning and ceiling fans so you will be comfortable. Flat screen TVs in the living room and each of the three large bedrooms are equipped with Amazon Prime, Netflix and Internet service. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances throughout and plenty of dishes, bowls, glasses to support up to 8 people. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably. The first floor has a center hall foyer. The stairs up from the foyer lead up to a bedroom with a queen size bed, living room, dining room, kitchen, and open porch on the second floor. The living room has two very large windows - one 8ft window facing 12th street and a 9ft window with sliding door leading to a covered porch. There is a full bath off the hallway on the second floor as well. The third floor has two large bedrooms with great views, a full size washer and dryer and a large bathroom with open jacuzzi tub/shower. The master bedroom has a 4 post, queen sized bed and the bedroom leads out to the large deck with nice ocean views. You will also see great sunsets from this deck The second bedroom that has brand new California king bed, a twin bed and a sofa that converts to a full size bed (there is another twin bed mattresses in the closet if you need it). I will also provide 8 beach tags and 2 adult sized coaster bikes to use during your visit. Please plan on bringing your own towels and sheets. I hope you enjoy our house as much as I do. It's a great place to get together with family and friends and enjoy a relaxing week at the beach. The home is well appointed. Location is fabulous. Rooms are very nice. Exceeded our expectations. Kitchen was fabulous: well equipped and supplied.The cleaning crew missed a few things: floors in kitchen and living room. Dishwasher had not been run. Already talking about coming back.

Great Location!!! Both beach and bay views. Breezy morning coffee on the deck and gorgeous sunsets on the bay. The kitchen is stocked if you like to cook. Jeff is at your service and extremely accommodating. We enjoyed the Crab Shack, Italian treats from Aversas and authentic gelato from the market across the street. Wonderful memories!

We had an amazing experience and we're sad to leave. The house was a short distance from the beach and was well maintained and clean. We loved watching the sunset from the deck. The owners were just a text away and gave us some restaurant options as it was our first time. We loved staying there and made some wonderful memories.

Nice, relaxing family vacation
We enjoyed our week, the house was exactly as described. Jeff was a great host, very helpful and responsive to questions - even changed a smoke detector battery for us. Our only suggestions would be clocks in the bedrooms and a vacuum. A general information sheet with wifi info, check out procedures, etc would be helpful. We had a great week. Thank you!!

Exciting Vacation!
Had a wonderful time during our stay in this beautiful, well equipped home!! Everything that you could possibly need is there in the kitchen! So, close to the beach, which was never crowded... great location. Jeff and Michele were wonderful to work with. Will definatly be back, next time for a longer stay!

Location, location, location!
We have stayed elsewhere on Brigantine in a condo on the beach which we loved. But this house was great and so close to the beach and the amazing sunset at the bird sanctuary. Jeff was very friendly and shared lots of info. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home steps from the beach!!!
This beautiful house was our home for a week in Brigantine and we loved it. Jeff was wonderful to work with and the house had absolutely every accommodation and item one could possible need. Spacious and comfortable! We had a family of eight and the sleeping arrangements were great. The house was impeccably clean and the outdoor shower was great! Loved our time in Brigantine...will stay here again!

Fantastic stay for the money
We had an absolute wonderful time staying here! It was perfect for 4 adults, 2 teens and our little ones at 1 and 2 years old. The pictures do NOT do the house justice, it's perfectly sized, the kitchen is a dream, an abundance of cooking materials and SO much counter and storage space!!! The beds are huge and comfortable, everything is nicely decorated with maximum space and comfortability in mind. Water pressure is excellent - no issues there at all.
All this and only 1 quiet block from a beautiful and clean beach, we could not have been more happy and excited to stay here. Jeff is very personable and easily available for questions or issues. Overall, this house is top notch and worth every star of the 5 star rating.

Perfect beach house for a weekend down in Brigantine!
If you are looking for a house to rent for a weekend in Brigantine with friends and family, then this is your rental house!!! We had a great time staying here this weekend. The balconys allow you to have a beautiful view of the bayside and the ocean for a night sunset. Pirates Den is right around the corner, perfect little spot for breakfast! We will definitely come back next Summer!

Jeff's house was clean and spacious enough to fit a large group of adults. We really enjoyed the rooftop balcony and the location is great and was only a few minute's walk to the beach.
Jeff is also very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful beach town and house
Brigantine is a beautiful town. It's family-friendly with an amazing playground, mini golf, small arcade, and beautiful clean low-key beaches. The house was awesome. It was beautiful, clean and updated. It was spacious enough for our party of 6 adults and 2 children. It only took 5 minutes to walk to the beach which is a plus with children. Jeff, the owner was super kind and accommodating. It was a pleasure staying at his property. Ocean city is close by and was perfect for a day trip for the kids. We will definitely be planning a future trip back to brigantine.

Summer Beach Vacation
Outstanding Beach Vacation House. Less then 5 minute walk to Beautiful Brigantine Ocean Beach. Around the corner from Pirates Den with new owners & updated menu. Five minutes from Links at Brigantine Golf. Inexpensive and fast 15 minute cab ride to Borgata and 5 minutes to restaurants mid-island (suggest "Cellar 32"). Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths can accommodate 6 - 8 very comfortably and up to ten. Strongly suggest purchasing "Cactus Juice" bug spray on Amazon for stay as bugs and particularly the green flies on the beach can be a nuisance.

Outstanding everything!
Although our schedules kept us from being able to vacation longer, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Proximity to the beach, spacious layout and comfortable interiors were all contributing factors. Even the fact that it poured for an entire day didn't dampen our enthusiasm for this wonderful home. There were books, games and puzzles to keep us occupied and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We hope to arrange our time better next year so that we can stay an entire week. Highly recommended...
