Away from the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong is very welcoming.

Everything. Entertainment. Food, a tad pricy but very nice.

Overall a great and comfortable stay

Great location close to train station; clean and spacious room; great cafe for breakfast and good coffee served;

Wonderful stay

Wonderful location and close to public transport. Staff services are excellent! Big room and lovely facilities. We really enjoyed the stay.

No hotel bus service to airport or central. It’s clean but carpet is a bit old and stained slightly

It was ok - met expectations for the money

The breakfast was nice but they were doing a lot of construction in the main lobby area

Excellent quiet and relaxing hotel.

The room was very spacious and had everything you needed to relax. Great toiletries included and great sized bath. The neighbourhood is very quiet, but that was what I was after. Definitely would stay again. The bonus is the great views over the water.

Check in and checkout queues took longer than expected.

Perfect stay at Hong Kong

Hotel is very new, modern and stylish. Everything in bathroom was working. Hyatt level! Bar has live music performances in the evening - singing european and british hit songs. Coctails are somewhat interesting but pricey. View from the room is incredible - panoramic view on the bay!

Hotel is not in the city center, however metro is nearby. There is no cafes for breakfast nearby.

Just okay.

The room is large and transportation is very convenient.

The sound proof of the hotel room is horrible. I can hear people next door laughing and talking in their own room. If you need a quiet place to rest, this hotel may not be the best choice.

Overall not bad but can be better I rate it as three starts only

The kitchen has nothing apart from microwave, sink plus a few glasses and two spoons I took two bedrooms and they gave two tea bags and two coffee sachets and two tea bags and the rest were decaffeinated and those not daily re filled There was hair all over when we checked in no deep cleaning done especially for carpet and toilet The furniture is cracked every where The room smell No one vacuum the corridors The food was terrible was really waste of money .

I have stayed there a few times. It had never disappointed me. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the view was amazing, especially. The swimming pool was nice. There were many people checking in and out, causing a long queue, but there weren't many staff members available. The food at the Chinese restaurant was nice as well but a bit pricey. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Nice peaceful stay

A large room. Although the room faced the highway, the room was completely quiet, which I loved. The bathroom area is spacious, shower and toilet are nice. I also liked the sauna and steam room in the gym.

Tea/coffee was instant and no fruits or anything provided in the room, which is not really 5 star ish. The squeeze bottle in the shower is very hard and not really squeezable, which makes shower difficult every time. The breakfast, especially the bread and pastry section, is not really high standard.

Comfortable stay and gorgeous view.

Lots of space in the room. Facilities are new. Location is great and easy to take subway to Kowloon and other places.

The air conditioner is a little bit noisy.

in general its a very nice hotel walking distance to train station

the room service breakfast was good, they moved the required time forwardwithout problemwhen I woke up earlier than expected

the basin sink was too small and narrow in my room and there was nly one cold water tap

very nice stay but disappointed that the spa wasn’t functioning

very clean, great view in the room that we ended up in, bottled water supplied, comfortable big bed. great gym and pool. gym change room facilities very good, easy to use lockers, great supplies.

cleaning staff can pester you for room service. I was late for an appointment one day and the staff member wouldn’t let go of me until I made sure of a time to have the room cleaned and made me miss the lift unnecessarily. spas weren’t working during our stay. if you end up in a room that has one of those in between room doors the noise insulation to the next door room is terrible.

it’s a bit far from central without much to do around the area, but if you prefer a quiet area to rest, it can be quite nice. I also wasn’t informed about the room deposit before check in. it would have been nice to let the customer know beforehand about it.
