A fantastic place to stay and we would happily come back.

Very helpful staff, stored luggage for us both before we arrived and after we checked out, arranged our transport to airport with pick up from hotel, beautiful location, fantastic access to shops, restaurants, Negishi JR Train line.

We were very happy.

Fabulous

Excellent accommodation within walking distance of most attractions. Also close to transit stations. Great views from all the rooms. Very good breakfast buffet with Asian and western choices.

大満足

64階という今まで泊まったことの無い高層階での宿泊で、スカイツリーまで見えて眺望が最高でした。ホテル内どこも高級感と清潔感があり、スタッフさんの対応もとても好感が持てて快適に過ごすことができました。

朝食のバリエーション最高でした♪

バー営業の終了時間が22時30分。私がバーシリウスを行こうとしたのは22時40分。コロナの影響でその時間にしているとのことでしたが、お客様ファーストではない考えがある感じ否めなかったです。楽しみにしていた分とても残念でした。仕方なく部屋で飲もうとルームサービスを頼むためにフロントに連絡。コンビニでも売っている缶のウーロンハイ、ハイボールなどのものしかないとのことのこと、とても残念でした。ホテルの都合でバーの営業終了が早まるのは諦めますが、だとしたら部屋でオーダーできる飲み物のバリエーションを増やして欲しい。フロアーにアイスキューブエリアがあるのにも関わらずあまり意味をなしてない。ロイヤルパークに泊まっているのに酒をコンビニで買って行くわけもなく。とても残念な気持ちになりました。

チェックイン予定時間より早くインさせていただく事ができ、小さな子どもが居たので助かりました。

スカイフロアのベイビューでは他の階のお客さんと窓から目が合うので勝手に気まずくなってしまう事がありました笑

Fantastic trip with royal park hotel here

The hotel is at the landmark plaza where I found the best お茶漬け and cupcakes in my life. The room’s air conditioning system works very well. I didn’t have cold toes and dry mouth in winter. The view at 50+ floor is something that cannot be missed

Very good

Good central location in Yokohama. Close to convention centre and no more than a few mins walk to a JR metro line. Views from the top floors were amazing, especially on a clear day - my room looked across the city. Breakfast was a grand affair with reasonable choices. Room was very comfortable.

We will stay here again!

We always stay here when we travel to Minatomirai. Great location (close to 2 different trains, JR and the subway), rooms have great views! We saw Mt. Fuji almost every day from our room. We could also see the Tokyo Sky Tree and the bay from our room. The city view at night is really beautiful! The staff is really nice!

Superb

Great tall modern hotel in the heart of Yokohama Minatomirai. Very clean and room at 60+ floor has great views of city both day and night.

Large and established 5* hotel with great views. Mind you're not allocated a poor room.

Fabulous views from high floors in this hotel.

Despite paying for a premium room on Booking.com, we were allocated a very scruffy and rundown room on a lower floor. Only after complaining to the duty manager we were moved 2 floors higher to the same positioned room. But this time it as clean and comfortable. BEWARE: All but 1 on the hotels we stayed at in Japan allocated us the worst room they had and only moved us to the one we'd paid for after complaining. One even demanded an extra payment. I wonder if it's because the hotel pays the genius discount and afterwards, downgrades the booking.

Excellent view

For in excess of $500.00 Australian a night, the hotel was very basic. Old and run down toilet facilities. Did no have mixer taps. Shower was in the bathtub. Plastic shower screen. The hotel has seen better days and is now only worthwhile for the view. Everything else was 3 Star at the best.

Very good

The location is good, the night view in the room is fantastic, the staff is nice, helpful, and speaks English.

It seems that the breakfast on the 70th floor does not match the luxury standard. The hotel suggest people to come before 08:30, we come at around 0815 but have to wait in line for 30 mins to get a table on holidays.

It was an amazing stay in Yokohama. We loved our time there.

We had amazing views and everyone was so nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was incredible. I would highly recommend this hotel.
