В целом все хорошо. Да песок на пляже надо чистить и туалет на пляже жудкий, полная антисанитария...

Очень приличный комфортный номер, немного дороговато. Да и нет стиральной машинки, это необходимо решить...

Ресторан выл закрыт. Питание рядом в кафе, что не очень удобно.

A good quiet place to get away from the crowds and the daily noise.

Close to a very long beach, pet-friendly, free parking, pool.

Even for a tiny Yorkshire, the pet price is a bit high, and was only found out on arrival. The cleaning is done only in the visible areas. Under the beds, we found a pile of collected dust.

Superb

I came back to enjoy it again. I appreciate that the complex is kept clean and well maintained even when the profile of the business has shifted from All Inclusive to offering a smaller package of services. This has changed the profile of the guests coming here and, for what I care, it seems to be better. More locals come here now. The staff is at the same time polite, doing their job and non-intrusive. The level of civilization and comfort is just enough for me. The area has not degraded over the years, but evolved a little. The complex itself it's not new as it was when I first found it, but still not worn out . When I booked I thought I want to go one last time to see how it survived the pandemics, but now I think it's not going to be the last time. The profile is not luxurious, but civilized and well maintained. Some people have remarked that this is not a 5* hotel / complex. Maybe. The services are lacking a bit from what you'd expect at a 5* - see below - however I have been at other 5 star hotels where I paid more and I had an unpleasant experience due to various reasons, while here we could just have a great vacation that felt pretty much within my expectations.

Some facilities are closed - like the SPA - there are still services for massage, but I enjoyed the SPA pool, the saunas and the rest of them while they were open in the AI days. I understood that they could only be offered as part of the All Inclusive concept that is not anymore - so maybe the current client profile does not appreciate that enough. Also, due to the same reason, beach towels are not offered anymore. I would have appreciated it even as a paid service if it could be offered, but it may be the same - possibly not enough customers interested - no idea. Since it's a destination where I usually go by car, I can bring my own, not a problem of luggage as it would be when one flies to the destination. The former nice access path to the beach has been removed, someone fenced part of that land - I guess some land dispute and now the access is made through a partly unpaved parking place. It is not too bad, it's still short, but before it was great and since I can compare, I can notice a slight difference.

Very good

The place is really nice, not over-developed, lots of kids and families, a couple of nice restaurants. The pool at the hotel was also nice, warm and clean, not crowded at all. The beach is wonderful, too. AC was great after the beach.

The "apartment" was not much of an apartment as such, just a larger hotel room, no kitchen or even a microwave or whatever. Mildly rundown, the showed didn't quite work right, one of the windows didn't close.

The location,the cleanliness.The view .The reception guy was very kind .They gave us baby food chair and baby bed.The restaurant was nice ,great food and great staff.The apartment was huge ,with amazing terrace,3 bedrooms ,2 bathrooms ,huge living room.The beach is big and the sea water is absolutely clean and beautiful.

Everything is too overpriced,in booking was written that the price for a dog over 5 kg is 20 euro ,but they charged us double.They didn’t update the prices in booking.So we payed 40 euro per day for our dog.They told me it’s written on reception,but how could I read it 😀I make my reservation through booking…This price is too big for a dog charge ,if I knew it would be like that ,maybe I wouldn’t book.

Very good

One of the very few places open in September with good parking options. Nice sea view and close to the beach.

Definitely needs renovation as the furniture was worn out. Walls need some fixes and also bathroom was in a pretty poor condition.

Nice apartment around the sea

The apartments are very big, the receptionist did his best to find a room to our expectations.

The bathtub was a bit dirty and leaking.

Still very quiet and nice place to stay for a peaceful break.

Location was perfect, very quiet despite being close to another small hotel nearby.

The floor was not clean to my standard and despite the ladies coming to clean it again on the 4th day, was still dirty. Also the balcony had one chair and it was way too small for family of 4. Also the pool was closing at 8pm and the water was cold, despite previous years when it was warmer.

In general, convenient and comfortable.

Proximity to the beach, available parking and the view to the garden and the sea. The bed was comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful.

Some parts of the apartment were shabby and not quite well maintained. Some essentials were missing, like string for towel drying or hair dryer. Though supplied by the Receptionist upon request.

Bad experience

Sofa from living was infested with bed bugs. I have been bitten 3 times on the leg after sitting there one hour, it was horrible after :( There were no mosquito nets at any window Our room was at 1st floor, on top of the kitchen. All the smells from kitchen entered on our apartment when leaving or entering on it On booking app was stated that cleanup is done after first 3 nights. Cleaning lady came after 5th day, when I went to reception and requested for cleaning

Very nice place to stay , very close to the beach

Clean, very spacious, comfy beds, good air conditioning

Pillows were not comfortable. Maybe a small leakage from the bathtub. Bathroom floor always extremely wet.

Great

It's really close to the beaches, the complex is really big and it has it's own secured parking. Everything was great. Big rooms, clean, friendly staff, two bedroom, two bathrooms. Good value overall. The beach is clean, warm, not so crowded.

Definitely not a 4* hotel anymore, most of the facilities are closed, the swimming pool was cold. The room was clean overall but there were stains on the nightstand. There is no mosquito nest for the windows. În my opinion it's should be a 3*

The location is excellent.

The chambermaid never cleaned our room. Тhey don't even throw out the garbage.

Services. Pool bar starty about 10.30 and the samé the restaurant. Breakfast wasnt included.
