Some receptionists very nice and helpful but not all. Good location, very close to the Metrobus station.

Hotel rooms are dilapidated and very dirty. In a drawer, I found an ashtray full of cigarette butts and garbage. The shower cabin did not close, the edges of the shower tray were full of fungus. The toilet flush was broken (after the second day someone repaired it, but it also did not work). The handset in the shower also needed repair. Broken mirror in the room. Overall, it's a drama in terms of cleanliness.

staff not helpful. want money for putting luggage in the room or locker room. dont keep enough water bottles in the room. air condition is controlled from reception. they had put a setting for it to switch off after 30 minutes. have to turn it on again. breakfast very basic and not good quality.

The hotel is extremely dirty. The hall near the elevator is covered by dirty spots We ordered deluxe room. It was very dirty. Sticky spots on the floor. The refrigerator is dirty with mud at the bottom and a piece of dried tomato stalk. The horrible smell of refrigerator can't be described!!! The fan in the bathroom is working noizy. If it is switched off in your room, he can here the noise of fan from another room. The furniture is old and broken in the bathroom. The wallpaper is torn at some places. We checked-in and check-out in 20 minutes for another hotel. It was dangerous to stay there. I sent a claim to Booking.com to refund money because I could stay at that hotel 30 minutes and this hotel description at booking completely differs from reality.
