O reusita si un timp de calitate.

Interesul fata de clienti a fost maxim. Am avut un sejur frumos si o locatie foarte frumoasa. Parcare la proprietate, serviciile de spa foarte ok, amplasarea fata de zona de interes a noastra perfecta.

Nu as avea ceva de obiectat.

Not a hotel, but pool with rooms

Rooms were new and clean, guy cleaning the rooms is efficient and friendly. Bathroom is exceptional. I got the superior room, but it was very noisy as it's located next to the road and heavy trucks start passing from 4:30 am.

This is in no shape or form a 4 star resort. Its a swimming poo with amenities for external guests with modern rooms. Approach from the parking has a lot of stairs, and guests need to carry the luggage. Business is focused towards pool guests and they have full priority (even in ordering drinks from the bar ). The pool/spa area is packed from early in the morning, sunbeds are squeezed against each other. The only option I had after speaking to the reception was to pay extra for a baldahin, which was quiet costly. Outside pool is packed, and not very clean. Staff doesn't speak english so I got shouted at for trying to exit the spa area where I came in ("spa reception"), but was supposed to know that a door with sign "massage" leads to rooms.

The bedroom was really comfortable and the swimming pool is big. The services are good for the price.

The male receptionist is really cold and he did not explain anything when I got there. It seems he was tired of working there. The locations is a little far away and the spa was packed of people on the weekend. So if you are booking the room just for the spa, it s not worth it. The checking is at 14:00. The sauna and the spa were not ready at 7:00.

Disappointing

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A big positive is that breakfast lasts until 11am

We came to town for a wedding. I really didn't like the fact that there was no electricity in our room when we arrived back at the hotel in the morning. The lady at the reception didn't know any alternative to solve the situation. The door to our room was very difficult to close. We have mixed feelings about the accommodation...

There was a party in the back yard in facilities that belong to the hotel. the party ( noise ) starts 21:00 more or less and I decide to leave the hotel at 03:00, and sleep in the car because of the noise.

Nice interior, spacious room and bathroom, huge terrace.

Unfortunately the plug opening/closing mechanism from the bathtub was broken, as was the showerhead.

we were put in a room next to spa and wellnes and the room was always filled with chlorine which we told on reception but they didn’t bother too much. we switched to another room at the end. breakfast was very basic.

Superb

I liked the spatious big room in the upper floor.Also the bathroom was big and comfy.The beds were superb and the all glass wall is very beautiful also.It's great that it has a spa downstairs

The entry level rooms are very poorly equipped and it gives yous a feeling of cheap place.That is why I upgraded...

There is only one coffemaker for more than 30 tables , there was a constant queue to get a coffee. Crew without any shadow of smile, I felt like disturbing them . Breakfast was less than on standard two stars hotel .It was terrible experience of spending night in adapted room( probably from message room) , with a not protected door openning on a view on back side of the skimmingpool. Smell of chlorus and not working air conditioner . Quality of room’s equipment is seeing on pictures , all of them should be in a trash long time ago .
