Un séjour exeptionnel

Accueil personnalisé à 5 heures du matin. Qualité de l'établissement. Lumière présente dans les extérieurs la nuit. Sécurité. Calme. Animations. Entretien des chambres. Gentillesse du personnel. Loin de la foule d'Hurghada. Entretien des espaces verts.

Pas grand chose ... peut-être pour les animations du soir de 20 heures sur la terrasse du bar un peu plus de musique locale égyptienne.

Мне очень понравился отель. Прекрасное место расположение.. номер удобный . Уборка регулярная. Персонал приветливый и дружелюбный. Очень вкусная еда. Разнообразный выбор ресторанов. Прекрасный пляж песчаный. На горках можно кататься но вода холодная. Мне понравилось я бы порекомендовал.

Thank you for comfortable stay

Very warm welcoming I think they are greeting booking guests with special attention. Good room. Very friendly staff. Service at thecroom and in restaurant especially Italian was very attentive. I enjoy it. Weather was pretty cold but my stay in generally was very good. Room is very warm and they have comfortable bed and matrass. I like my stay. I'll be back again.

Спасибо всему персоналу. Я очень довольна сервисом и номером. Прекрасный вид из номера и отношение работников. Все налажено работает. Спасибо. Я рекомендую. Интернет супер. Локация отеля прекрасна. Номера шикарные. Аква парк абсолютно прекрасен. Пляж огромный песчаный. Еда вкусная Рекомендую.

Mr. Abdallah and Rawan in the reception was amazing jhe really impressed me with his kind of service and helped me alot and mrs Rawan too.

Waterpark, but working very few hours! Rooms capacious, but lots need a fix as we came: phone.tv.window.etc

Very poor management, not there 4 u when u ask 4 them! Restaurant was horrible, very crowded, food just bearable, facilities are poor too and senior staff there are rude and argumentative..especially Mr Abdulhamid. Yousef the waiter was really helpful though... Check-in was good, but on checkout, we were accused wrongly of losing a beach towel we never took but was recorded on their system?!!! Beach is horrible, either very shallow or full of sea weeds as u advance. Beach & pool close 1 and half hour b4 sunset though the weather would be just improving then!!! They actually have a funny way of timing their events: example oriental night starting while people are eating and finishing b4 they reach there! Communications with staff was difficult and completely disorganised! Lagoon is dirty

Awful experience , don’t go there

Nothing but the aqua park

The staff was so so bad mannered and they were treat people so bad ! The food was bad and tasteless !! No one helping at anything even serving a spoon ! That was awful and we will never repeat that again

Everything was amazing. Chinese and Italian restaurant was great.Aqua park and water slides was perfect. Animation team was funny and friendly 🤣

Main restaurant was very crowded and not too much varieties of food but the taste was good. The resort don't offer bottle of water neither on beach nor at pools or aqua.only can drink from dispensers and everyday 2 bottles at room

Very old hotel , very crowded full of kids I think they accept more than they could serve especially in restaurant there is no place for all guests quality of food very bad

Great all-inclusive hotel !

Waterpark is cool (especially for children), hotel is big, lovely animation team, great staff and many side businesses (scuba diving, spa, kite surfing, restaurants).

Far from town (but Uber is cheap). Wi-fi is sometimes very weak.

cleanness food options are scanty and quality was low in the main restaurant housekeeping missed cleaning my room most of the trip and i had to call them many times poor entertainment animation team doesn’t do any entertainment stuff uniforms were not very clean and up to Movenpick level

Great place for families, especially those with children who are old enough to enjoy the aqua park.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the house keeping member Mahmoud. He kept our suite tidy and made sure that we have enough supply of water because were travelling with a Baby. I also had a little problem with the toilet flush and the staff reacted immedietly and sent the maintenance team to fix the issue. Also, the lady in the reception, who made the check in for us. She was really friendly and made sure we are informed about everything in the resort. I also enjoyed the lebanese restaurant. The food there is great and again the staff there were very friendly.

Nice hotel for money if you do not require everythin to be absolutely perfect and consider value for money.

Good diving center, fairly good spa center, big territory for walking with nice greco-Italian landscape. In general it is the best 5* hotel in Egypt that I’ve stayed so far. Here, it can be seen that they are trying.

No freshly squeezed juice and turkish coffee in both a-la-carte restaurants. Waiting for the bill at the Soma bar in the evening can take ages. No food available between 16:30 and 18:30. At breakfast only one and constantly breaking coffee machine, so there is a line to it of 10 people and much more choose to have breakfast without coffee. Almost no wi-fi internet in “shisha chill-out” at the beach. Dirty and oily tubes with shampoo and shower gel - all of them. Obviously not new - no foil seal at the opening. Not clean corners in the shower, possibly because of too old tiles that needs renovation.

Really, it is a wonderful hotel and the stay is an experience that will remain in my memory anytime I intend to go to Hurghada, this hotel will be the first choice the room is clean, the reception is great and the hospitality is excellent
