The cabins were small but clean with everything we needed. A nice outside space to relax in.
Wasn’t the sort of place we would normally go on holiday but the kids enjoyed the entertainment and various pools.
The cabin was a bit sterile, but tbh was fine for what we needed. The resort was quite tightly packed and crowded.

The camping is located on a hill in a forest and has a lot of shade and cool nights, perfect. The atmosphere, with kids walking around, was great. The glamping facilities are good, clean, the right "vibe". The park restaurant was also very good, great Italian food, without breaking the bank, right next to the pool.
For a tall Dutch man (>2m) the Air Lodge is a very small, couldn't stand up straight and bumped my head multiple times. Also the "sleep and see the night sky"-plastic windows sound good in theory, but moss and algae in the forest have completely eliminated that possibility. Location-wise: you'll always be driving >25min to get somewhere, even the closest shop, be prepared for this. Visiting Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, all takes ~ 1h. We just stayed on the camping a lot, no regrets, had a blast.

- Great entertainment for kids during the entire day and evenings,
- fun water slides, kids loved the pony riding.
- Good location for trips in the area.
- Very friendly staff.
- Pool area is too small for the amount of people, it feels too crowed.
- Restaurant fast, efficient and friendly but food very average.
- Instead of a second toilet in our bungalow, a wardrobe would be better.

I loved staying in the lodge, in the forest, and being in nature, but also so close to the fun area, with the pools, the restaurant, etc. Having the supermarket there, with absolutely everything needed, was a big plus. I loved the attention to detail, the design in all common areas, the complexity of this huge glamping, and everything that it offers. Really an amazing place!

We stayed at the new Neo Mobile Homes. They were comfortable and functional. The pool area offers options for all ages, it was difficult to take the kids out of the water!

Everything about the place was great. Excellent staff, great location and facilities, and the bungalow was really nice. I would definitely recommend it.
I'd recommend bringing your own pillows as the ones in the bungalow were a little flat and uncomfortable, but other than that excellent!

Restaurant was a bit pricey for the food offered. The area is beautiful, the trees offer a nice atmosphere and lots to do around. You cannot reach without a car though.
The pool was well maintained. The kids pool section is massive and great for little kids, had lots of entertainment.
Staff was very helpful, overall we had a very pleasant stay.
Main swimming pool full of little kids not sure why they were not in the kids section.

They overbooked our cottage but we got an upgrade to a better cottage.
The pool is fantastic.
Kids can have fun.
The restaurant is good.
The night entertainment karaoke program is a bit low quality.

This is a great place for families with kids. The pool, the animation and all the extra activities for the little ones make this place a great base to explore Chianti and Tuscany with children. The swimming pools were definitely the highlight there. There is a restaurant on site as well as a supermarket should you prefer to cook your meals. We stayed in a Classic mobile home for the first time in our life (we’ve never been camping before) and we felt surprisingly comfortable considering the tight spaces inside. The place was spotlessly clean, the kitchen had everything needed for the preparation of nice breakfasts and dinners and the air conditioning was working great. The beds were really comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall, this was a great place to discover both Tuscany and camping. Hopefully we’ll be back again one day. Only then I’d go for the panorama XL cottage to make the stay even more glamorous:)
Nothing really. I wished we were a little closer to some of the main attractions and cities in the region like San giminiano or Siena, but I knew where we’re going when I reserved, so nothing to complain about. Great place, really!

Fantastic location, super family friendly and beautiful bungalow we stayed in. Our kids had a blast and us parents had a great time as well. We highly recommend! Not too many Americans have stayed here and I was thrilled with the friendliness we received.
My only critique is providing just a few more toiletries for the larger families and the laundry is expensive but very nice to have.
