Very nice stay. Clean and the staff very helpful. Great underground car park and motorbike parking is free. Would definitely stay again.

The technician who helped fix our air conditioner is really nice and warm.
1. No refrigerator and electric kettle in the room.
2. The cleaning staff was really rude! she knocked and opened our door right away twice before we checkout! Never had this kind of experience before😔

Great location convenient to the center of town, lots of restaurants and the Château at a reasonable price. The included breakfast provided ample amounts of a variety of foods.

good position in the center of Fontainebleau, close to restaurants and shops. about 30 min walking to reach the forest. breakfast was very good and above our expectations
perhaps a bit expensive for what it is, except for the breakfast that was worth the price :)

Having had a difficult train journey from London, and opting for a taxi yo arrive Fontaineblau I was very tired and ue to a recent operation in some discomfort.The receptionist on duty ( evening 14/4) wne tout of his way to make me welcome and comfortable ( FANTASTIC). the following morning the receptionist solved my telephone charging problem( which was very much needed) and throughout my stay all the staff were friendly , efficient and welcoming. Check out was very easy and effective - no queue!

Superb location & spotlessly clean
The underground car park says its 1.95 m but it actually reduces to 1.75 m for the Ibis section. This is not made clear, so we tried to park our campervan there (1.9m) and had to turn round & come back out . There is an overground car park about 3 minutes away across the road.
