The hotel is nice but unfortunately they had a gas leak so no hot water and no heating for the night but they gave us a free breakfast which we are happy with. Bed is comfort and the size of the room is reasonable.

Pub with accommodation, 1 night stay, good value, nice clean comfortable room, nice food, easy check in/out. We didn’t have breakfast but dinner was good. Tea and coffee in the room. Decor was contemporary and furnished nicely.
Can’t complain about anything for the price we paid, it would be unfair to expect more!

The pub area was nice and spacious and clean.
The room was small but clean.
The property is situated next to a busy road.
The bed was uncomfortable.
The staff (a man) was very friendly upon arrival but when we wanted to check out the staff (three women) completely ignored us. After waiting five minutes and feeling extremely stupid we just left the key on the bar and walked out. The ignorant and rude staff continued to ignore us.

it had unique rooms, which was really cool.
very clean and the the room l stayed in was very spacious. also, the room had a coffee machine. which is an additional extra in some hotels.

Relaxed and friendly stay. Large bed and good coffees and tea. Excellent bar food and exceptional breakfast. Would recommend staying here at the Farmhouse.
Couldn't recommend for anyone with a walking or visual disability.

there was also a mix up with seating and if I had paid for breakfast in advance (I had)

Absolutely loved staying here! The staff were fab, the food was amazing and the whole place has such a lovely feel to it. The rooms were lovely and clean.. i loved the decor throughout the whole place. Would definitely recommend 👌

excellent value for money. decoration was beautiful, loved the bath and coffee machine was an excellent touch. breakfast was fab and the staff were amazing. would definitely stay again. was a tiny bit noisy on the Sunday eve but didn’t go on past 11pm.

Dinner was excellent. Drinks in the bar- good atmosphere, busy and vibrant. Asked for something slightly off menu for breakfast and there was no problem in providing what I requested. Good value.

It was really nicely decorated, the room was clean and welcoming. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. It was very reasonably priced and food and drinks were yummy.

Staying here was an absolute treat. The food ( evening meal and 2 breakfasts ) were delicious and beautifully presented. The whole stay was really special and we’d definitely come back. The staff were attentive and kept everything meticulously clean. Beautiful surroundings and an easy commute into Derby.

Breakfast was excellent. Really nicely decorated with different places to sit / eat
Only one slight flaw - the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the room a little dusty. But nothing that would put us off staying again
