Natürlich das aussergewöhnliche Design, die geräumigen Zimmer und das freundliche, hilfsbereite Personal haben überzeugt.

Der viel zu kleine Frühstücksraum. Völlig in Ordnung, wenn man nur zu zweit unterwegs ist, wir waren aber zu acht und hatten somit keine Chance auf ein gemeinsames Frühstück und mussten daher auswärts essen. Das war aber nicht dramatisch, weil die Lokalitäten jeweils im gleichen Gebäude sind.

Although some staff were very helpful others were without concern for our comfort Booked a double room but was put into a triple room without being asked or informed After moving to a room with air conditioning (a double room) the air conditioner did not work. Informed the staff the first night, they said they would look into it. They were unable to repair the air conditioner the first night, they said they would repair the next day. I reminded the front desk in the morning the the AC needed repair. They assured me it would be done. Returned in the evening, it still did not work. Asked about it at the front desk, they first said the air conditioner was not repairable. NO apology, When I asked why they did not then change our room when the realized the AC did not work they asked me why I did not inform them of the problem in the morning. I explained we did indeed remind them in the morning....to which his reply was "well I did not know that". Still no apology or attempt to make it right. Worst customer service I had over 10 different hotels while in Germany.

It is exceptional to stay in this Hotel of art and to live in this space. The stuff is very friendly and supportive.

The breakfastroom is very small.

- Location right in the centre - small but nice 24h Sauna area - the building itself and the possibilities to sit outside on the shared balconies even if your room doesn't have one - parking garage - 24h reception - friendly staff

- Breakfast and drinks (even Water) quite pricey - Garage also quite pricey - bathroom could have been tiny bit cleaner

I especially recommend staying in this hotel to all the architecture lovers - it's an unique opportunity to stay in a Hundertwasser-designed hotel, bath in a Hundertwasser bathroom etc. We loved how authentic it was! Other than that: it was easy for us to park outside of the hotel, on the street; beds are comfortable and rooms are clean! Nothing to complain about!

The furniture and the interior design that were added to the hotel - they don't really match the splendid architecture, but I guess it's incredibly hard to match Hundertwasser extravagant taste.
