Absolut top für eine Nacht, vor allem, wenn man früh zum Bahnhof muss und nicht lange unterwegs sein will.

Super Lage, zu Fuß zwei Minuten zum Bahnhof. Sehr freundliches Personal. Da der Zug sehr früh ging, bekamen wir ein Lunchpaket mit.

Zimmer etwas muffig, Bad sehr klein.

Perfect

The boss couple are very nice and helped us a lot. We chose to stay here for 2 nights on our round trip from Machu Picchu. The hotel has a nice little garden, the room is very clean, the bed is big and comfortable, and the towels are of good quality. Very close to the train station but very quiet. The breakfast was good, the coffee and bread were delicious. The price is also very good, it is the best hotel around!

Cozy place close to train station.

Very cozy, loved the river that runs so close by, so close to the train station and also close to the main plaza (short walk). The staff is so friendly and welcoming.

Perfect for passing through Ollanta

Friendly staff and family. They held our backpacks while we spent two days in Machu Picchu

Wayras hostal is ideally located if you are catching the train to Machu Picchu. The room was spacious, spotless and hot shower. They packed a good breakfast before we left early in the morning. It takes 6-7 minutes to reach the main plaza but there are plenty of bars all the way up. Please bring soles (cash) with you bc sometimes the card machine is not working. I would recommend it 100%.

It was incredibly close the train station and convenient if your taking the morning train to macchu picchu. Breakfast bags come with water and juice which is helpful

The property was clean, friendly and surrounded by nature. Very close to the train.

our group had a 5:30am out time due to our train departure and the Hostel went out their way to prepare (14) large bags of to go bags for our journey. Although we were now allow to consume on the train having all those treats helped us for the rest of our journey that morning.

There is a stream behind the property and the sound of Nature was so pleasant.

The Value of this property is really good as well as the location.

we were a group of 14 and this property was perfect for us. They were able to accommodate us with all our rooms and spacious beds. The comforters and pillows at this establishment were really great.

Great location next to train station but old furnishings

Excellent location next to the train station! We booked a night here as we had a morning train to catch the next day and the hostel offers free parking.

My bed had a smell and even though it was very cosy and comfortable with thick duvet, I could barely sleep with the musky smell.

excellent service and comfortable stay

Freddie and his wife were very great and helped us with everything we needed (transport, tours, general recommendations). When we went to Machu Picchu early in the morning they prepared a breakfast to go for us. The breakfast was also very good, we were able to chose the time for breakfast every day. The location was amazing, very close to the train station (3 minutes) and about 10 minutes to the Plaza de Armas/Ollantaytambo Ruins. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay in Wayras Hostal when in Ollantaytambo!

Great stay. Economical. Good vlean room, Great view of the mountains and river.

The property is clean and well furbished and tourist friendly. The view of the hills from the window is awesome. Breakfast over looking the river was great.

Perfect location to take the early train to MachuPichu.

This hostel has really the perfect location to take the train to MachuPichu from Ollantaytambo. I was travelling alone and I had to take the train of 5 a.m. from Ollantaytambo, because I wanted to arrive very early at MachuPichu. The hostel was just 1 minute walk to the train station. I reserved a room in the superior floor at the back. It has a beautiful seeing to the river and you can hear the sound of the river. The breakfast was big and delicious. The breakfast room is also nice and they put a relaxing peruvian music during the breakfast. I explored also the Ollantaytambo ruins during my stay at Ollantaytambo. The Ollantaytambo ruins are very nice (you should definetively explore them if you stay at Ollantaytambo) and were also very close to the hostel (around 10 minutes walk). The hostel is quiet, it has many flowers and it is peaceful. The person at the reception is also very kind and helpful.
