整体环境舒适宜人，空间大，花园、湖景美得很极致；早餐很丰盛，室内外泳池够大够好玩，游乐设备一应俱全！

房间服务一般，入住等待时间有点长，进入刚刚打扫完的房间之后备品不齐，咖啡吧饮品没有补齐、冰箱空无一物，洗漱用品也没有及时补足。

The rooms are spacious, there is good internet with vpn and the breakfast is wonderful

The maintenance of the hotel is a bit outdated, and the rooms could use an small facelift. We booked this hotel especially for the outdoor swimming pool which when we arrived was closed for maintenance. Because of this the hotel is in my opinion very overpriced as there are cheaper options available with similar maintenance level.

Impeccable with the cleaning, the comfort of the rooms. The restaurants are great in terms of quality, taste and variety. The personal always willing to help.

Large and comfortable room. Great lakeside view.

On one occasion there was a long queue for breakfast which I waited in for 20 mins but it never moved so I had to miss breakfast even though i had paid for it. In turn I had to get a taxi and go to a restaurant nearby to get food. I was not offered an apology or a refund!!
