Location was really close to beach area and is nearby stores! I love how they upgraded their rooms to have an ac! After hiking to cathedral cove (which they’re quite close to) I just wanna relax and cool down which ac is a big big help!

One power point wasn’t working and their tv for some reason would only turn on but can’t do anything else but it actually doesn’t affect the overall stay

The accommodation is quite close to Hahei Beach, only 5-minute-walk.

Nothing too much trouble. Baby bath, highchair and travel cot available if needed. Laundry facilities were appreciated. Room itself was lovely and comfortable. Everything we needed it had. Easy access to cathedral cove and hot water beach. Restaurant, cafe, shop all on site. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I liked the fact that there was a walking path to Cathedral Cove on our doorstep basically. Parking was secure and facilites were decent. The interior wood finish was great and comfort wise was decent. The heat pump warmed the living spaces adequately and there were also fans and electric blankets for further climate comfort.

If you want the most quiet and privacy you need a separate chalet. Our apartment had a family with young kids and getting woken up at 6.30am with crying kids was not what we wanted, the walls are pretty thin. The bed was really soft, this is a personal preference so just an observation. Also note, the laundry is a shared system so you have a mini laundrette that all guests use.

Very good host who told us the details of where to go, what time to go. The lodge also provides spade for u to use at hot water beach.
