200€ lost. Huge disappointment. The location was available for private persons on Booking, but after I bookes and paid for it, the owner informed me it is not possible to arrive due to Corona restrictions and refused to cancel my booking hiding behind no cancelation policy. Rebooking to different time was also not an option. I do understand no one wants to be left with canceled booking hours before the time, but allowing booking and paiment for private person, then refusing to rebook or return even part of paid 200€ is in my opinion pure fraud.
