Bardzo mi się pobyt podobał i na pewno kiedy odwiedzę Wrocław wrócę do tego hotelu ponownie

Śniadania bardzo dobre, przemiłe Panie kucharki i obsługujące pomieszczenie gdzie znajdował się szwedzki stół :) Lokalizacja znakomita, wszędzie można było się dostać tramwajem, a była to kwestia max 5 przystanków. Ogólnie bardzo polecam <3

Jedyny malutki minus jest taki, że okna znajdują się bardzo blisko torów i tramwajowych i pociągu, przez co czasem było głośno gdy otworzyło się okna. Jedynie przeszkadzało to rano przy pobudce, bo tak to czas spędzałam poza hotelem :)

Udany pobyt

Lokalizacja bardzo korzystana. Śniadanie urozmaicone i bardzo dobre. A ciastem to mnie już ujęli całkowicie, świeżutkie i wyborne.

Nice place for a weekend stay. Keep fingers crossed for spa re-opening

Location was great, personnel was very nice and helpful

Very narrow beds, spa was closed (one of the reasons for booking was massage/spa availability on spot), lack of shelf in a shower cabin (where shampoo/gel could be placed on). Room cleaning entered the room despite of "not disturb" sign placed outside

Personal de recepción....

Hotel limpio, acogedor y muy calentito. A pesar de que el personal no es agradable con los Españoles el hotel tiene buenas instalaciones y está ubicado a 15 minutos del centro de la ciudad caminando. Muy próximo al hotel hay una pizzería muy famosa en la que se come muy bien.

El personal de recepción y de la cafetera son muy desagradable con los Españoles, sobre todo la de recepción. En el desayuno eché en falta más opciones de bollería.

Świetne miejsce - przytulny pokój - rodzinna atmosfera :) Reakcja hotelu na opinię wystawioną po poprzednim pobycie odnośnie śniadania - super!

Nähe zur Innenstadt.

Fehlende Aussicht in der obersten Etage. Die getönten Dachfenster sorgen für ein unbehagliches Gefühl.

Great place close to train station

Overall a great place. We've got levelled up room for great price and we're pretty happy with what we've experienced. Great bed, bathroom and breakfast. Almost city center, close to train station.

Albergo nuovo , pulito e basta una camminata di dieci minuti per raggiungere il centro. rapporto qualità prezzo buona. Buona colazione

Nella colazione al mattino avrei gradito un po' di cose dolci ci sono solamente cose salate.

śniadanie smaczne i dobra lokalizacja

Nieadekwatna cena pokoju do standardu. Syf pod prysznicem, wszędzie grzyb. Łóżko miało być podobno tym większym, niestety nie było. Wybraliśmy ten hotel ze względu na lokalizację i możliwość skorzystania z oferty spa, o tym że spa nie działa dowiedzieliśmy się przy odbiorze pokoju. W moim odczuciu taką informację powinniśmy otrzymać wcześniej, a recepcjonistka powinna wyjść z inicjatywą i chociaż kilka ulotek z alternatywą nam dać żebyśmy mogli zarezerwować masaż i spa gdzieś indziej.

Lokalizacja petarda! Duże wygodne łóżko, pokój również spory, obsługa również bardzo miła, chyba nie mam zadnych zarzutów :) na życzenie na sniadanie jajecznica, omlet, parówki :) dla każdego cos dobrego, extra ze jest dystrybutor wody ma recepcji!!! Zdjęcia są identyczne jak pokoje w apartamentach :)

Nocleg w bardzo przyjaznym miejscu - bardzo polecamy !

Pokój bardzo czysty i przytulny - wszelkie udogodnienia w pokoju na najwyższym poziomie - poczucie jak w domu :)

Śniadanie było najsłabszym punktem pobytu - spodziewalibyśmy się większego urozmaicenia potraw np. musli, ziarna, orzechy, jogurt naturalny. Również oliwa z oliwek mile widziana.

Stay here, close to everything to need

egg menu and lost of other things. Sugar cereals , bad idea. Make some overnight oats insteds, it will be a succes. Waking up to the sounds of trams on cobbled street. closed to cinemas, and the restaurants and cafes I always visit, Gniezo and Dinette, only to mention a few. And of course the jazz restaurant Vertigo. Staff in the reception from 9an to 9pm, makes it safe and welcomming

Bezpieczeństwo pożarowe wymaga uwagi

Fajnie wygłuszone drzwi i okna, bardzo ładny duży pokój, czysta i obszerna łazienka. Parking strefowy pod samym hotelem. Łóżko wygodne lecz nie za duże (wąskie). Smaczne śniadanie w kameralnie urządzonym pomieszczeniu na -1.

Absolutnie niedopuszczalne blokowanie drzwi ppoż na wszystkich pietrach za pomoca gaśnic i podkładek pod drzwiami, zmniejszyło to komfort psychiczny i bezpieczeństwo pożarowe budynku. Pokój zimny, bez grzejnika, nie udało sie uruchomic klimatyzacji w funkcji grzania. Przy otwartym oknie nie da sie wypocząć przez straszny łoskot przejeżdżających tramwai.

Polecam na krotki i dluzsze wypady. Na pewno wroce.

Fakt obecności biurka, wygodne łóżko, przepyszne śniadanie - naprawde cudowne!! Miejscówka także idealna! Cicho także mozna tak popracowac jak i odpoczac. Kameralne przyjemne miejsce

חדרים ענקיים ומצויידים מצויין מיקום בין תחנת הרכבת (300) והכיכר (600) תחבורה לכל מקום ע"י המלון מסעדות ופאבים רבים מתחת למסילת הרכבת בטווח של 100 מטר מהמלון ארוחת בוקר עשירה צוות!!! 🙂 תמורה מצויינת למחיר

Duży komfort i wygoda

Śniadania w miarę różnorodne i smaczne. Bardzo miła obsługa. Z łatwością dostarczono do pokoju żelazko i deskę do prasowania (choć sugeruję wymienić te rzeczy na nowsze). Dostarczenie łóżeczka dziecięcego oraz dodatkowego zestawu ręczników dla córki, a także udostępnienie kuchni wieczorem, aby móc podgrzać mleko w butelce na ogromny plus.

The room is very cozy, nothing superfluous and at the same time everything you need is in it. The bathroom is clean, all plumbing is modern and serviceable. The bed is comfortable, the linen is white and fresh. The room was surprised by the size, there is a place to turn around) The staff is polite. Good sound insulation, I didn't hear the neighbors, or maybe I was just lucky with the neighbors.

The only negative is breakfast. It's not that bad at all. But I left hungry, although I'm not picky. The staff asks you what to cook from eggs. There seems to be a choice, but you don't see what the food looks like, although a buffet was announced. I chose an omelet with grilled vegetables, and ate a little. The omelette and vegetables were fried in rancid oil, which is very unpleasant. It did not taste good. Also pancakes) were very nicely stacked on plates with strawberries, but they cannot be bitten off, they are just cold and rubbery. The coffee is not bad. Buns and cheese and meat are good. Ie. you won't go hungry, but not exactly what is stated

Great room but noise from the street penetrated through.

Large, spacious room. Friendly staff. Fridge and kettle in the room.

1. There was no real hot water in the shower or on the wash-basin. The water to me was lukewarm. 2. The music in the breakfast room on my first morning was far too loud. I had to turn it down as the noise was spoiling my meal. 3. The table napkins at breakfast were far too small and flimsy. 4. At breakfast, I always started with the cereal and asked the waitress to bring me scrambled eggs and bacon 15 minutes later, so that it would be warm by the time I was ready to eat. However, they always brought the cooked breakfast far too early.

Needs much more attention to detail. Not a 4-star hotel it claims to be.

Nice stuff, central location with good public transport connection, interesting old building.

Many reviews here mention the noise from trains and trams and view to an old building but I guess it’s not something the hotel can fix. Far more upsetting were the things that could be fixed easily. - The bathroom tiles and windows had watermarks on them. - The toiletries holder in the shower was the cheapest possible plastic one and barely holding onto the wall. - The pillows were bulky and so thick we couldn’t sleep on them. - A long electric wire hanging from the wall behind the curtain - I imagine parents with kids would be especially unhappy about that. - The iron we borrowed had a dirty surface. - Breakfast was ok but the light in the dining area in the basement made it feel like a hospital. It was even more unclear why the breakfast had to be served there when the much cozier cafe/terrace area on the first floor stood empty and unused. - The sunroof on the balcony was crooked. All these little details together made an impression that the owner/management doesn’t really care much about the hotel and comfort of the guests. We got our room with a substantial discount and even that felt like too much.
