Ужасный отель который обманывает своих клиентов

Nous avons hérité d'une chambre dans un des bloc supérieurs de ce complexe. Impossible de faire des allers retour avec le lobby et la ville tant les distances et escaliers sont nombreux. Heureusement Kanoun, le responsable client, d'une grande amabilité et disponibilité nous a trouvé une chambre plus proche. Mais même avec cette nouvelle chambre pour accéder au restaurant du breakfast il fallait une dizaine de minutes a travers des escaliers.

L'architecture de cet hôtel est tout simplement désastreux. On se demande si c'est un architecte qui a construit ce complexe a flan de colline où lon est obligé de monter de de descendre des escaliers raides et épuisants. Je déconseille totalement à tout client non sportif de choisir cet hôtel.

The location only because it’s near the beach

Everything, and we start from the reception they have no way of speaking, and they are not helpful at all, they are rude they shout at the customer and their behavior with the customers is very bad. Secondly there is no car for delivery to room only they have two cars throughout the day and only one car at night and thirdly, the room is very very very dirty. The floor is old and full of dust and is not clean, and the bathroom towels are old and torn, and also the pedal and bed sheet are dirty. I told them to clean and wash the floor with water and to change the sheets and clean the bed and the corners of the bed because it was very dirty all of it was hair and dust and Things have accumulated over the years, and they changed the sheets about 6 times and they were all not clean, and they were there from the time of check in until about two hours. They only cleaned the place, and the house keeping service was very bad. I had to call them several times a day to clean, and one time I was not there. They did not clean and clean them very well Bad hotel 5 star but it’s seams like -1 star hotel never came back to this hotel

The view and the pool

Under construction and was not advised upon booking or even checking in. Daily Cleaning service- completely missed out room for two of the days. It is located on a large hill and you had to wait for their onsite transport for pick up and drop off. Room overall was not that clean. Toilets kept backing up.

Everything. The villa was not ready to be stayed in or checked prior to our arrival. Our first night stay was a disaster

I liked the breakfast and the view was amazing. The room was huge and nice. Location was decent too in my opinion. Not walkable to the main area but easy to get a grab. I like the convenient 7-11 right next to the home.

A lot of reviews mentioned about the hilly part but you can really just wait for the caddies to fetch you, or walk through the buildings, was quite easy to navigate that! There's some renovations going on so Im assuming there are gonna be nice and newer rooms.

Nothing the staff were awful, lied and kept our luggage for hours without giving us access to it which had baby items and belongings of friends we brought with us who were celebrating a their wedding we had to call the police and they even lied to them about the hell they put us through. We had to leave because we felt unsafe and after everything they did they had to guts to ask us why and refused to return our money after also giving us a cheaper room than the one we booked. Don’t have the energy to state all the things they did and relive the trauma. The most awful hotel and experience of our lives they had no regard or respect or care about what their actions were doing to us and our baby by providing a broken cot and then not replacing it when we told them it was unsafe to use.

They don’t know what customer service means! They dragged us along without replying to our messages if a cot would be available in advance so we could bring our own until the free cancellation period expired and then they showed their deviousness and pretended they did nothing wrong to the point where we asked where our luggage was they just ignored us for over two hours getting fed up of their behavior and all our belongings being kept from us we had to call the police with the help of others and they pretended they didn’t know what we were talking about and had sneakily taken our luggage and dumped it unattended outside our room! Worst holiday experience which was supposed to be celebration with our friends! Don’t book with them!

Great view & pool .

No room service. Most of the rooms are far from the reception , so u have to take a vehicle from the reception to the room and visa versa . This sometimes can take time as the vehicle is busy .

the swimming pool facilities they don’t allow without bikini so as a muslim guest we couldn’t enjoy swimming for their strange rules

Such a big resort...very good location.. The infinity pool with an unbelivable view of the sea is a highlight of the resort... domt miss a stay there if u r at Phuket.. location also is too good..

the friendliness of the staff. especially the ladies cleaning the rooms on a daily basis

the staff at the reception some were ready rude. I recommend that someone that can speak fluently in English be at the front desk constantly.

The view is quite good

All property is dirty. Some facility is out of service or broken. We have to get on the shuttle to our room from reception. The shuttle had to wait at least 5 mins or more every time. The trip was wasting much time for waiting shuttle

People were rude. Ac not working. Lights not working, bathroom sink leaking, absolutely dirty, and they don’t listen, front dest will ask to reach out to room service. Room service will ask to reach out to front dest. No one is ready to help or answer instead they show attitude as if they doing favour. The worst experience

The location and view are ideal.

The room was far away from the reception and at times involved a long walk up or down a sharp gradient. The room was old and the furniture was damaged. The breakfast was poorly prepared and limited in scope. The staff group was miserable.

good view, but not family friendly

we had to wait an extra 1and a half hours for checkin our room wasn’t ready , mould in the showers and bathroom. toilets didn’t flush properly. we had no hot water for 2 days

The location and overall design of the property was good.

The staff was very rude, mannerless and did not take any responsibility related to the customer issues. There was no communication between house keeping and reception staff which led to the suffering of tourists. I was staying with my son of 2 years old and did not receive any timely response from house keeping after so many requests. Even hotel manager and incharge at the reception was rude and treated us very badly. They were looking for the ways to consume the security deposited at the time of check-in and fooling tourists from all over the world.
