Short but sweet

The setting, the pool and the size of the accommodation

The property felt a little drab in the interior, the external private space was lovely. While the inside was freshly done, it could be more welcoming and furniture more comfortable.

Superb

First of all Barbara was so easy to deal with and helpful. The place gave us a huge space to fit the family and the pool was perfect. Location was perfect for short drive to the lake and all the restaurants etc . The vending machine was really helpful also.

Not that did not like just my fault for not appreciating it’s more self catering so should have had more shower gels etc with us but good to note. Will definitely come back

Unique place, family friendly

A unique place to stay in. very family friendly. Everything you read about Barbara is true and more. super host and a nice person. Great location and quiet. 3 min. from peschiera del garda.

Unfortunatly, the weather got really bad in Garda area, and we saw the down side of this. but the stuff did above and beyond for us and for the place. except the weather we have no complaints.

Beautiful place, calm with nice area and swimming pool. A god place to stay whilst dicovering the area, or enjoying a lot of opportunities close: golf, tennis, jogging, etc. Nice staff

Lovely property, pool, landscaping, parking, breakfast option

Did not stay in room I booked (no private garden), no air conditioning, staff was not helpful when I pointed out discrepancy between reservation and room saying it was a Booking.com problem

Very recommended for families

The host, Barbara, is very nice, helpful and friendly. The complex is so beautiful and green, has free parking and free internet. Clean. The kitchen is equipped with all you need. Few supermarkets in 5min driving you can do your own laundry in the complex.

TV does not have any channel in English, no access to Netflix. No oven in the kitchen, only microwave

The place is absolutely charming. Barbara was extremely helpful and kind. The location was perfect for us and the size of the flat was excellent and spaecious

Loved everything. small thing - the kettle in the kitchen was a bit old a coffee machine would have been nice :)

Superb

Interesting place - a country palace close to town. A small gem. Rooms spacious, rustic styled, atmospheric. Very helpful and devoted hotel manager Barbara. There was a Booking.com / hotel mixup with the room but quickly resolved in spite of nighttime. Nice swimming pool. Close access to Garda and all Verona region.

Rooms are beautiful but lack practicality. There is a lot of atmospheric light but lack of proper filling and functional light. Kitchen lacks most of logical utensils that would allow you to prepare a simple meal as if the kitchen should be there on paper only. The place is surrounded by highways but they don't bother too much.

We really enjoyed the stay, everything as expected.

Whole hotel was beautiful, amazing olive garden, beautiful old buildings, everything was really nice.

There wasn’t a corkscrew in the room, in Italy! 🙈

Amazing vacation!

Amazing facility and generous owners! Excellent location very close to all the major attractions and highway. Beautiful property, garden, views and apartment itself! we had an amazing time, highly recommended!!!

This appartement hotel is superb! One of the nicest places we ever stayed at. Highly recommended. Location is close to all the attractions this area has to offer, and yet quite relaxed and privet. The place itself is beautiful and comfortable. great rooms and swimming pool, the staff is super nice, generous and helpful. Just perfect!

Highlight of our trip in Italy!

Gorgeous property Perfect location Very very clean Beautiful pool We had a 2 bedroom apartment for a family of 6, which was very comfortable and very cute Also a special thank you to Barbara, the manager, who made sure our stay were perfect

Just be aware that it is a self served property, meaning that cleaning isn’t done during your stay, but you can pay extra for it

The friendly staff and the place itself, surely we will return.

Is not really a big deal, but it would be nice if it had a restaurant or bar, yet, the nearest restaurant is ~100m away (by foot, across the golf course). Regarding the location, is great, not far from the city centre, nevertheless, is not suitable for walking since it's surrounded by big -and messy- motorway junctions, so better -and safer- move by car.

Dont get a one bedroom apartment.

Barbara the host was fantastic helpful and needs a pay rise,available 24 hrs per day.She was great.

The one bedroom apartment was claustrophobic,there were only 2 windows in the apartment both at ground level,one was in the bedroom over the main entrance ,so all visiters coming in at night ,banged the door ,laughing and joking waking the occupants.You could not look outof the windows or you get a bad back bending down.

Great location for exploring Lago di Grda, with the possibility of a perfect holiday by the pool, ba

breakfast is not included in the price. 5 minutes away is a well-equipped supermarket. My family had a rich breakfast on the table in front of the apartment, on the freshly mown grass under the umbrella. Great!
