Excelente localização, à beira do rio Tâmisa, fácil acesso ao metro e a pontos turisticos de interesse. Hotel bacana, quartos e cama confortáveis, ótimo café da manhã, ótima comida do restaurante, vale a pena ficar neste hotel
Nada a mencionar

Have stayed before and it is a great location, check in was fine, check out a little less so as they wanted to charge £15 to every room for the staff which I thought was completely inappropriate, what am I paying for in the room rate? In addition, if you are a member, but don't book directly, they are funny about applying the member discounts on offer, again not helpful. I had given advance request for a view of the river but that was not accomodated in room 517.

Lovely welcome at reception.
Well organised room with two double beds, many pillows and a v good bathroom.
Very quiet at night.
Restaurant staff had a poor attitude that didn’t reflect everyone else’s.

Location
All the service charges. Especially the 5% on the room. We didn’t pay this and the receptions wasn’t very friendly after that.

Good location, beautiful river view, fresh design, people watching on breakfast terrace.
- The room was very basic for the price, I feel like we were really just paying the the view
- Its impossible to contact any living staff through internal phone. Only AI assistant available. That was very frustrating especially on the first night, we arrived quite late and wanted rubber mat for the shower because my mother is elderly and we thought it would be safer with anti slip mat. I had to go down to the lobby around 11pm to talk to someone because it wasn’t possible to reach anyone on the phone. The staff at the reception said they will send someone. After 20 minutes, nobody came, we gave up waiting. Found out later on that there was no such thing available.
- The quality of the staff ranged from excellent to undertrained. Notable one was Amelie at the reception, I felt she was one of the most efficient and helpful on staff. Some other time I was a bit baffled at the service, eg. being ignored at the reception because the two staffers available were trying to serve 1 couple their check in drinks, breakfast staff being aggressive and rude about where we could sit when the room was 90% empty.

Great welcome at reception
Spacious bedroom with views of St Paul’s
Excellent shower and bathroom
Great location
Striking design elements
At Breakfast, I was served tasteless, warm tea from large urn, had to ask for a pot of hot tea
Asking for eggs via waiter did not work, as cold by time you self serve other items
Disappointed 12th Knot roof bar was closed on Sunday, the day we were staying
Room service was fast but menu could be extended.
At normal list price of £300-£400+ for our room, we would expect the above elements
to be available at a much higher standard.

The hotel was fabulous, clean , modern, great location , fabulous view, and the restaurant was amazing.

Fabulous location! Loved the quirky design, also very comfortable and the staff were very kind and helpful
The service was slow in the bar - I think there weren’t enough staff.
The prices for the in room menu and mini bar were extortionate, I ate a child’s pizza rather than pay 20 gbp for a club sandwich.

Location, close to the National Theatre
Couldn’t get a a pre- theatre dinner in the restaurant without booking it online. Why? The restaurant was almost empty!

Nice atmosphere and lovely, clean room. The breakfast was very good too.
Beware of ‘discretionary service charge’ added to bill automatically at checkout.

Room 1402
Tv was difficult to switch on and switched off when pushed back to the wall. The shower flooded the bathroom floor when used.

fantastic location, great vibe, quiet hotel
questionable service (in particular room cleaning and maintenance), soft mattresses, weird electrical issues with some outlets in the room

Nothing not to like, very helpful friendly staff. Our room was lovely. Very enjoyable stay.
Would of preferred bit firmer pillows but that is very minor thing.

Everything was perfect!! I will never stay anywhere but here on my yearly trips to London. The staff elevated our stay and special shoutouts to Kenny & Padraic who made the check in & out the best bookends to our stay. If you can get a river view room - do it! But either way, spoil yourself at Sea Containers! Thank you to all at this sublime hotel. I can’t wait to come back :)
Not a single negative thing to say!

lovely clean room, great location.
Staff were really forgetful and possibly overworked. Phones did not work so I couldn't phone to try to make some changes to my booking. Had to pay two holding deposits over the course of my two night stay, tried to charge me twice for the second night as I'd already prepaid and it wasn't showing up on their system, Optional 20 pound per night service charge on bill automatically deducted from my card!

Good location for Blackfriars and on the Thames. Hotel is modern.
Rooms looked a little worn in places such as few stains on carpets, scraps on walls. Although the staff were helpful, there was a few issues with language barriers as many didn’t speak English as first language. I’ve stayed there before it would have been nice for hotel to upgrade us whether it was even a better view but this didn’t happen, nothing personalised about stay.

Nice location. Rooms nicely fitted out, clean, very comfy bedding. Staff at check-in/check-out friendly.
Staff at 12th Knot Bar very stock-up. Kept asking if we were hotel guests. Didn’t make as feel welcome. Spoilt the atmosphere and we left early. Cannot recommend!
After having checked out we were charged for food from Minibar which we did not consume. Only realized by chance as notification from bank came through. Had to ring to have this rectified and money reimbursed - very poor experience!

The room was spacious and well lit naturally as well as artificially. Everything was immaculate.
The mattress and pillows were all very soft.
