Convenient to airport and a nice pool. We didn't stay the night but booked a room so we had somewhere to hang out before a late flight.

The bed was nice and firm, the sheets appeared clean
Overall this hotel is in bad shape, we were so shocked after a day of travel from elsewhere in Indonesia. We came very close to just checking out so we didn't have to end our trip on such a bad note. However it felt too hard with the kids, so we made do, had a sleep, and spent the next day before our flight at Waterbom.
The hallways have patches of ripped and rotting carpet and they smell of rotting beer and urinal cakes. There is paint chipping off the walls and patches of black mould visible. The elevators smell like a urinal, we ended up using the stairs where possible because of it.
In the room, there is an odour coming from the bathroom, we kept the door shut. There was little ventilation. The towels were old, raggy and grey.
The food is dire. DIRE. Do not pay for any food as part of your room package if at all possible. Get your food elsewhere. Or fast lol. A cocktail turned up in a scratched plastic wine glass, made with some horrendous pre-made cocktail syrup mix I would have considered using when I was 18 at Uni trying to save money. They even ruined a nasi goreng. My kids wouldn't eat the fries, that's almost all you need to know.
The breakfast had a wide selection of sketchy food. We stuck to the fresh fruit and freshly cooked eggs. Even the pancakes are pre made or pre purchased, hard to tell which.
Do not stay here! Stay at Novotel in the airport, we stayed there on our way in, perfectly good airport hotel.

not good value for money. The lobby looked 5 star BUT as soon as you went through the glass doors it was musky, very old shabby stained carpet, no air and smalled like mould. Needs an upgrade. Cleasiness was superficial.

What truly stood out was the flexibility the hotel provided. Facing a middle-of-the-night departure flight, we were able to book a 7-hour stay on our final day at half the usual cost. This thoughtful service ensured we were rested and ready for our journey home.
The hotel's massage spa deserves a special mention. It was a haven of relaxation, offering excellent treatments that rejuvenated us after a day of exploration.
And when it comes to value, the hotel truly shines. The prices were very reasonable, providing great amenities without breaking the bank.

Proximity to the airport was the only bonus.
We should have booked a much nicer hotel in Kuta, only ten mins down the road.
Arrived late at night, long queue at check in.
Receptionist was as tired as the guests and barely looked up from his paperwork.
A cockroach scurried along the length of benchtop, as soon as we opened the door and switched the lights on.
Hotel needs to organise more frequent pest control visits.
Carpets along corridors are filthy, stained and mildewed with mould growing along the skirting board due to dripping air conditioners.
Need replacing.
Breakfast was very average with unappetising buffet
The hotel was not worthy of the Hilton name.
We booked the property on the strength of the Hilton reputation.
It made us think perhaps the entire Hilton chain is old and dated and past it’s 1970’s heyday.

If you have a late/ early flight then perfect. Note: you have to get a taxi here but, the hotel will help with this. There is no ATM at the hotel. They do take card. The swimming pool was a good morning workout and the breakfast was nice. The room was nice for 1 night

Rooms were great and comfortable. We booked this hotel for one night to be close to the airport awaiting a flight .
Would have preferred to have refreshments and room service to be billed to our room as opposed to having a wallet or phone with us around the pool area . Ordered room service and when it arrived food was not hot.

Room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Shower and bathroom very clean, good quality products in the shower.
Pool was beautiful and poolside area also very nice, enjoyed a swim in the morning before my departure.
Breakfast was lovely - lots of fresh fruit, a chef to make personalised omelettes, pastries etc. Would definitely stay again.
AC wasn't very powerful in the room but just about adequate.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the pool is fantastic.
The room was tired. The hallway area was very dirty, with worn out carpet and a really bad smell.
Food was mediocre and no food available between breakfast and lunchtime.

Kahvaltı bitiminde ödeme yapacağımı söylememe rağmen bizi oteldeki müşterilere rezil ettiler.odadaki ketili temiz olmayabilir düşüncesiyle kullanmak istemedik . mutfaktan şu istedigimizde vermediler.odamiz gün içerisinde temizlendiği dede su koymamışlardı.sizdeki rezervasyon sonrasında iki gün daha konakladim toplam 4 gün kaldım havalimanına yakınlığı sebebiyle.temizlik personeline çarşaf ve yorganı değiştirmesini özellikle söyledim çünkü sarı lekeler vardı.hayatimda hiç bu kadar paramla rezil olduğumu bilmiyorum. The room was huge, the staff was super kind and professional, room cleanliness was at a very high level.
Regarding the location - it's the closest to the airport, but quite distant (about 10-15 mins drive) from the city center, so it depends how long you plan on staying.
Lighting wasn't the best, as well as its switch controls distribution didn't make sense to us.
The wifi connection wasn't so good, but sufficient.

Room smelt damp. No breakfast included. Bar was closed when I arrived and I was advised a shop was nearby to buy a drink. Not impressed.

Buffet was terrible, flies all over the food, hair near the food poor variety and quality definitely not up to the Hilton standard very disappointing.
