Thank to the same central location, it was very loud from the street. Kitchen and bathroom poorly equipped and requires refurbishment. Parking is rather remote, appropriately 1km or 10-15min. Sometimes please used by us was occupied and we had to look for alternatives which was not easy to find. WiFi was not working after 23h00. …

The property was clean, comfortable and had great facilities! I was so impressed with the apartment and it’s great location to Polignano a Mare and the centre.

The location was convenient within Polignano and it was helpful to have access to the living room and my private bedroom. The room was well stocked and bed really comfy. Polignano is a beautiful place and I loved meeting people and relaxing on the beach.

My shower repeatedly flooded the bathroom and I never came into contact with any staff to ask about this. There wasn’t really anyone around to help the whole time: nobody explained breakfast to me, how to check out etc. I was just given my key and that was it. Also my room was advertised as having a terrace but really this wasn’t accessible as a place to sit, it was just an outside area next to my window and adjacent to another building.

very poor breakfast and no transfer service, although it said in their page at Booking.com this service could be booked free of cost. When asked, the host said it would not be possible to book this service due to corona, although I got no information about that while making the reservation.

The room is large and clean.

Nobody wait us and I had to call and wait. Тhe room is literally the street and it's very noisy.There is no free parking, the parking which is offered is at the rail station (1 km from room).

Breakfast is served at Café Italia on the ground floor and is made of fresh croissants, cappuccinos and juice. The location is excellent! The host is friendly! The room is small but has a functional bathroom and you have access to a living room with fridge, kitchen, etc.

We notified the property by message that we arrived at 8 pm but the owner did not expect us! On the phone displayed always busy and this has created discomfort! Our luck is a hearty local who called a number he knew and called the host! Host Maria, a little confused, asked me to pay the resort tax a second time, although it was included in the final amount according to the reservation by booking!
