Elsie was such a wonderful and hospitable hostess! She was very helpful with all of our inquiries. It was a joy to meet the other guests as well. It felt like we became part of the family during our short stay!

The wifi connection was a little bit spotty in our room but I was able to you the common rooms to connect to the internet.

Breakfast was very good a generous full breakfast. Lovely cup of tea as well!

There were no wardrobes in the room to hang clothes had to wear from suitcases The towels were not changed the 2nd day No milk for the tea in the room No bin in the bathroom No milk in the room and not able to make tea

The breakfast was hot and you got plenty of it with tea and toast. The location was ok but to walk to knock shine would be a bit far it you were an elderly person.

No paths to were we were going to.

Door rattled during the night as window was slightly open and the hinges need to be oiled badly . Room was not ensuite .

Breakfast was good. We got a fry but was not asked what we wanted on the fry and no choice. We stayed in the 3 person room. Very spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

We weren't offered any choice for our fry in the morning. There was a lack of choice. The coffee in our room was there so long it was rock hard. Needs to be changed . Horrible. We weren't given any towels in our room for showers only hand towels. The shower upstairs was terrible. The lack of water pressure was terrible. A little dribble came out . The room was clean and comfortable but absolutely roasting. The heating was on full whack during a heatwave and there was no way to turn it off and the window only opened a little bit. The room was cheap but basic showering facilities and a bath towel would be expected.

The shower in the room was really difficult to operate - It was boiling hot and no matter what way I turned the handle I couldn’t make it any colder

The owner(s) of the B&B was the most welcoming of proprietors. From the moment we met, she made me feel like a member of the family. It began with being met on the walk up and gave us a short ride to her home. She made and served tea with sweets even at our late arrival. She spoke enthusiastically about the Shrine and was very interested in all her guests. The house is large with a number of rooms and decorated in a homey way, consistent with the name of her B&B. The beds are comfy, the rooms large and clean, and the environment most welcoming The Irish breakfast was the best of fare, hot and delicious! It was like visiting your devoted aunt, where you could feel the love and care and genuine hospitality the region is renowned for. If you are visiting the Shrine in Knock, this is truly the place to stay, as you will not be disappointed. If you are visiting Knock and not seeing the Shrine, you will still be immersed in the spirit of good will, safety and comfort of a good home, shared with open-hearted people.

Breakfast was excellent, beautiful freshly prepared good quality food. Room was very comfortable and in a very quiet location. Guest House within walking distance to the Shrine. Very friendly service. Will definitely book again.

I didn't have any dislikes. I wish I could have stayed longer but hope to come back again next year and have my sister join me next time to visit the Shrine. I loved Knock Museum and restaurant. I enjoyed the peace and calm of the environment
