It’s a family buisness, so cozy and staff were really nice, Janni -the owner- dealt with us as if we are part of his family Location of the hotel is premium, 10 minute walking to the center of Saranda. Place got pool if u feel like not going out that day u can stay on the pool really nice very suitable for kids and families they got a parking lot you won’t suffer to park

1st: I wouldn’t say I didn’t like, but it could have been dealt with in a better way. The owners wife is the tough cookie in the buisness, and that is so obvious. One day we were at the resto-bar having breakfast as all outdoor tables were fully packed, due to the heat, we were left out with no other option but to stay indoors and it was damn hot, so there was a standing AC I did put the AC on as we were literally suffocating due to the heat on that day, the army lady came very infuriated and turned it off on us. She noticed that we were seated exactly in front of it, to balance the heat, but she decided to put it off without even asking if we really need it or not. 2nd: Breakfast has to be a little bit dynamic, breakfast is the same everyday with all components except for the scrambled eggs, sunny side up and boiled eggs those were dynamic. I would recommend, just to have it more alternating yet the breakfast it self from a quality prospective very nice and very fulfilling honestly

Great family owned hotel with pool

Great family owned hotel with a pool and a nice terrace and garden. Nice breakfast and bar but no restaurant. 12 rooms, 3 have got really big balconys. Clean and good standard. On level 2 and 3 you can see the sea. Friendly staff and a cute family dog. The walk from the seaside has many stairs and is exhausting during hot days, but the location is great as you get away from the busy streets with tourists and clubs. The hotel is located by a road with a lot of traffic, but that is true for all hotels in Saranda.

Lovely.

Receptionist was lovely. Pool was good but little bit cold but that’s because we went at the start of the season. Great location. Breakfast was ok. Room was good, wet room wasn’t too bad.

the location is great, the hotel has a delicious breakfast. there is air conditioning in the main bedroom but not in the room where the extra beds are.

For me it was all worth it, the downside is that the Wi-Fi doesn't work well and the bathroom doesn't have a shower so when you take a shower, everything gets wet.

No thrills, not perfect but fine for a quick stay

Good value for money option. We booked this fairly last minute so I don't know if there are better deals out there if booking well in advance but it served us as a simple place to crash down and take a quick dip in the pool. It also provided us with a parking space which is definitely sought after in Sarande. This is no thrills though! Breakfast is alright but finishes quite early.

Even though there was parking, there are more bedrooms than spaces and one space will be taken by the owner who doesn't have the best grasp of English (the other younger member of staff does though!) so fingers crossed you get a space early! (He is willing to move his car but it's a struggle to get him to do so right away!) The bathroom is a wet room which isn't great as the whole floor gets wet after using the shower, it was also very small in the bathroom so not the nicest place to be for too long! It's just off of the main road in and out of the town so it's a bit dangerous getting there by foot, especially at night and it's up a hill so is a bit tiring after a night out in the sweaty summer heat!

Fair stay

Liked the plants, lot of them. there is parking slot, hotel has nice pool. Breakfast was good ( coffe could be better). 15 min walk to town downhill it is 3 star family run hotel, they probably do the best to run the hotel and have done it long time

as common in Albania in general, they do not accept Cards at all, which is very annoying. it is also strange that when you use the toilet your legs are inside of the shower area. The products used for cleaning could be changed as after cleaning everything smells for chlorine Street noise.

Great swimming pool, poor rooms.

The location was good and the 24hrs swimming pool was the best part.

The facilities were in a poor condition. The air-con was only in one room and the twin room got really hot really quickly. The bathroom is the worse part, bad condition - the shower was not working well. The shower was also basically on top of the toilet and there was very limited space.

We liked everything about JB Hotel. The room was comfortable, the pool was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious. It is in a great location, a short walk from the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. We highly recommend a stay at JB Hotel.

Nice place. Lovely staff. Nice pool. Daily maid service and clean towels. Breakfast was nice and good variety.

Nothing really. The road out the front was a bit like a game of Frogger to cross! But all was good.

Perfect stay!

Great hotel! We were welcomed super friendly by the owners with a quick check in. The pool is a lifesaver, pretty big and refreshing, enough sunbeds around to enjoy your holiday. Breakfast was delicious and with variety of food and good filter coffee. The rooms are big enough and really clean. They have a superstar dog Alfi which makes it even feel more like home. The hotel is the best I had so far in Saranda. We walked up and down to the beach, it’s a really nice walk and it’s still close to the boulevard and other beaches. We got some real good recommendations from the staff about the city. They are really too lovely! The price of the hotel room is really good, especially for all the service and loveliness of the hotel. They are ready to help any time. I’ll come again for sure!

Everything was great :) buffet breakfast was varied enough. The swimming pool absolutely fantastic and clean. The staff very kind. I do recommend the hotel!!!

the only thing that might be changed is the bathroom. Rather small and with no shower curtains, but you can get used to that :)

Clean place and hospitable people

Very hospitable staff. The location was great since we wanted to be near to the city to enjoy night life a little bit. Abundant and delicious breakfast. Room was clean and they changed the towels daily.

Bedsheets should be changed often.

Small and quiet hotel, hot water 24/7, clean towels everyday, staff very friendly, no mosquitos at all, parking space, Alfi- the owners dog- very friendly too, 20 minutes walk to the nearest beach ( private or public),if shortcuts are used one can reach beaches in 10 min walk, far away from the city crowds and loud music.

Nice family runned hotel in Saranda, away from the city crowd, but still 10 min. walking to the center. Good breakfast, big rooms, awesome restaurant terrace. Perfect pool for afternoon relaxing. The staff was very kind, especially Blerta, the owners daughter, who was very helpful. She had very quick response on any our question or need. So sad that they didn't worked the restaurant this year (worked only for breakfast), it would be very beautiful to have dinner in the garden by the pool .

Very good

I really liked the pool and the garden. In the morning we were served tasty homemade breakfast with the most fresh bread. The balcony in the room was very specious and had a nice view to the city. The lady on the reception was very nice and friendly.

The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable. No clothes dryer in the room or balcony.

The staff were excellent and so lovely and welcoming. Stayed for 3 days and had a great time. Breakfast was very nice enjoyed the hospitality will definitely come back.
