Jeju vacances inoubliable

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien situé. Il n'est pas très loin de l'aéroport 20 min en voiture et très proche de la plage. On peut trouver de quoi se restauré près de l'hôtel. Je le recommande.

Chambre très spacieux et très propre . Personnel très professionnel et accessible.

들어가자마자 꿉꿉한 냄새땜에 첫인상에서 마이너스였고 샤워하는데 물이 잘 안빠져서 그것 또한 마이너스 개선이 될지 모르겠네요

Not bad; it could have been a great stay

The location was great. A Starbucks and McDonald's are nearby for days you want to do something familiar or have a fussy kid. Walking distance to the coast with beautiful views of the volcanic rock beach. Also can lazily watch people fishing or jogging. There are lots of cafes, seafood restaurants and live music bar. Parking onsite is convenient if you have a rental car. I found the rooftop with the pool on the last evening.

The staff at the front desk lack cultural awareness. For example, because l am a solo female traveller, the need to tell me the cost of something before what I'm asking for is considered. I had to point this out, and the staff apologised quickly; I was given a Jeju souvenir sunglasses for my nephew. Also, something l found odd - I was messaged via Booking.com multiple times about the pool not being available but to maintenance and was told the same at check-in. However, on the 26th evening, l go up to the rooftop, and there were lots of Korean families enjoying the pool. I wondered if the message was for just the 'foreigners.'

Un séjour de 3 nuits très agréable

L’emplacement tout d’abord car avec une voiture c’est vraiment facile d’aller visiter l’île depuis l’hôtel. La chambre spacieuse est confortable (un grand lit et un lit une place en plus) et la salle de bain agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est varié (même des spécialités de l’île, c’est particulier :D mais à tester) et copieux. La piscine sur le toit est sympa pour un petit bain en fin de journée. Autour, pas de souci pour dîner ou sinon il y a le restaurant de l’hôtel qui est très bien.

Pour les chambres qui donnent sur la route, on entend, un peu, les voitures même si ici les gens ne klaxonnent pas comme en France :))

Great value for money

Great hotel for the price. Really great location just outside of Jeju city. Only about 10 mins from the airport. Far enough away to not hear the airplanes but close enough to be under a $10 USD taxi. There is a few excellent BBQ and coffee shops within walking distance.

We stayed on the 10th floor and the 11th floor rooftop has a pool with music. We could hear thumping noises and music in our room. They do end promptly at 10 PM but if you're a early sleeper it can be a bit loud later at night.

Very good

The kids room had toys and a kid-sized bed, and various useful things like a potty seat and step-stool for the kids to reach the sink, which was useful. I wish it had a bathtub, even a baby-sized one. It was not fun trying to get my one-year-old clean in a tiny, enclosed glass shower. Breakfast buffet had plenty of adult and kid-friendly food and opened at 7 am. Everything was clean and the workers were helpful. Room service was limited but available, which came in useful when the kids were too tired to go out.

There were plenty of restaurants to walk to nearby, but it isn't really a good area for exploring on foot. We had a car and the basement parking lot was tiny, but we were lucky and able to get a spot every day. Other people had to park outside in the rain. It was still an alright location for seeing the sights around the north of the island, so no real complaints there.

Great and peaceful stay.

Small but lovely. Grabel has everything I need. The breakfast is great with charge and the view from the pool is excellent. it’s located in outside of the busy city area but there are Starbucks and convenient stores, and some restaurants right next to it so you don’t have to worry about food. The room is not big but clean, they also clean it and refill supplies for you everyday. Staffs are nice and helpful.

The USB outlets are great but it only charges when one of the light is on.

Tasty breakfast and ocean view

The room was large and clean. The location is in 15 min from the airport. The breakfast was great with vast choice!

The pool on the roof is tiny and there is no beach on the 1st line if you expect it (only volcanic coastline). The place is far from main attractions. Though you can go by taxi to Halla Arboretum (botanical garden).

A hotel to return to!

Running map guide for 5k and 10km approx running routes taking in local sights. Took advantage of this on the Sunday of our stay. Fantastic idea by the hotel! Excellent location and staff super friendly and very helpful. Open and very warm swimming pool with great views of sunset. Easy and regular bus transportation outside. Parking available for your car if you drive.

Breakfast buffet a little expensive but quality of food on offer was wide in variety and very good in quality. Bring your own towel if you wish to swim otherwise a 3,000won additional charge.

An average stay.

The hotel rooms are decent and absolutely clean. The sea facing rooms are excellent.

Requested early check in through booking.com, was accepted and denied by hotel.The desk lady asked us to pay 40000KW for one hour early check in for two rooms. Since was not yet 2:00PM, waited and when at 2:00PM tried to check in the desk was manned by another person who denied; again. We explained it and then with a little effort he accepted us for check in. Was not smooth at all after 18hrs continuous air journey.

Nice place but next time we’d choose somewhere more central.

The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a nice view of the ocean from our room. The staff were friendly.

The property wasn’t near any of the sights and there wasn’t that much within distance in terms of restaurants. The buffet breakfast was good, but much of the food didn’t appeal to us so it ended up not the best value. If you like to eat salmon and crab for breakfast then it is probably very good value.

Ok to stay if you want to stay near the airport

Room is spacious and location is close to the airport.

The cleanliness of the toilet bowl could have been better. We could see brownish stain in the bowl. The switches were not properly secured, the whole panel was loose. The lightings of the room is too dark especially the toilet and the foyer. For this hotel's star rating, disappointed to see there was no one helping us to carry our luggage into the hotel lobby and guiding us where to park our car.

Wonderful stay!

There was a tiny roof top pool. Heated pool. Looks inviting but it was winter so we didn't use it. Though we did see families with young kids enjoying the dip. The location was abit off the town centre. So it's not convenient if you're not driving and wanting to take their bus to get around. The view from our room was superb! It looks out to the ocean and we enjoyed the breeze. Didnt even need the aircon.

Great place & good Hospitality but the hotel conditions need to be met.

The infinity pool is a great advantage and staff are always available and they are respectful all the time. The double key for the room is very impressive.

Everywhere inside the hotel, it's all driven by conditions/rules and not very friendly. Water bottles are limited, extra charge for more water. No shower near infinity pool & carry own towels to pool The pool has timings and especially in the morning its not accessible before 11am. These can be improved with minor changes

This is my second time and the rooms were really Clean as always and the personal really friendly.

Very good

Good location with parking on site. Good sized room and bathroom. Great view from rooftop pool and sitting area.

Wifi only works in the room if TV is on. Carpet could use a wash...
