Nice, clean, and comfortable lodging, and right off the Malerweg Trail, so perfect if you're into hiking.

Only downfall is the clothes dryer rack didn't appear to work. I hung my clothes to dry near the open window, so problem solved.

Excellent place to stay if you have special needs or using a wheelchair. This apartment is 100% adapted. We travelled with 3 children and 3 dogs - everyone had own space to rest. House is surrounded by the forest near Elba river. Fantastic place to have a walk after long trip.

Great room, great host, little cost.

Overall we had a nice time here, so that is why the good points. Very little kitchen, but good for breakfast. Nice location if you seek an active holiday. 30 minutes on walk from city center, 5 minutes from the Elbe. Pirna is lovely. Spacious room, table both for eating and working. Beds are comfortable. Free parking.

-The owner is little shady. After we met him and paid him in cash, he sent me a letter on booking.com to transfer him another 8 euros. These 8 euros were not included in the final receipt. I needed to mail him several time to give us a receipt, he did not provide a receipt when we paid. -No credit cards are accepted in the middle of the pandemic. -Dishes were dirty in the kitchen The heating could not be controlled, though there was a thermostat on the wall. The warm water ran out very fast, was enough only for a 2-5 minutes shower.

It had beds & equipment like one is in hospital - but it all was probably meant for accessibility purposes & for special needs, looked homey. Gave extra space everywhere, just one could not move single beds together, but it was fine as well.
