Great location with amazing view. Local host was friendly and helpful. Spa area is bigger and nicer than expected with a pool you can swim in, Ceiling fans in the room made sleeping pleasant. Oprtalj is charming little town with a small shop, couple of restaurants and childrens playground couple of meters from the apartment.

WiFi is quite poor (measured only 0.5Mbit/s). AC isn't enough to cool down the entire living area on hot summer days (especially in the evenings when sun is hitting the windows). Mosquito nets on the windows (at least in the rooms) would be a great plus,
