The location was excellent. The Cotswolds on the doorstep near to all lovely destinations.

The open plan living space was good and the size of the bathroom and rooms.

It was tired. Needed a good clean and some maintenence. A large part of the bathroom floor was lifting which made it smell damp, most likely caused by the shower not draining, there was also a leaking radiator, and a lot of scarily large cobwebs. Real shame, lovely building and so close to Lechlade too, just needed some love. After a bit of upkeep id be more than happy to visit again. (Also very hard to find on the dark, the sign could do with some light on it. )

The King size bed was so unbelievably comfortable and there was everything you needed in this cottage for a weekend stay. The kitchen was well kitted out too.

The description and pictures of the garden lead you to believe that that is the enclosed garden mentioned when in fact it’s not the case. This cottage fantastically accepts dogs but the main garden in the picture is open with no fencing and so dogs may be able run out to the main road. In regards to the enclosed garden, the main gate may need to be checked so that smaller dogs can’t get under it.

Very nice, modern bungalow/cottage and nice location.

Large cobwebs on ceilings and in general needed a good dust through out , otherwise great.

We Stayed for 2 Nights and had a great time.we drove and walked to Lechlade a couple of times and the local pubs and cafes served good food and are very friendly,There is a great walk from behind the church to the start of the thames and the cotswolds lakes is about 11 miles drive away.
