Close to center, looks nice

The property looks good at first sight. But when you look at the details it seems that everything is made from cardboard. The property tooks a deposit for the apartment and it's not a surprise because everything falls off. Very poor quality of materials. The building is very old and needs renovations. The yard smells like a public toilet and the balcony is full of empty bottles and cigarette butts. There is no parking on the street near the apartment but the host proposed to park the car on the next street. Usually it is full. The neighbours are very loud and can listen to the music at 1:00 am. Only one conditioner is available for 3 rooms. Bedrooms are really small.

Location and comfortable conditions very nice. 5 minutes to square Rynok. 3 minutes to car parking. Modern furniture.

Very weak water pressure

Cosy place in general. Good heating and location.

Dirt on the floor and lots of dust on the shelfs. Water pressure is low, from time to time even there was no water at all. Poor internet. Cat's smell in the hall.

Everything was absolutely ok :) great communication with the owner before arrival; good location (walking distance to the main square; right next to the 24h restaurant and cafe); the apartment looked exactly like on the photos and was very clean.
