I am really dissatisfied with the cleanliness. The drains of toilet and shower was blocked when we arrived and two days we had issue with going to toilet and shower. I have communicated via WhatsApp and they promised to take care of it. however, they never did it while I reminded them by calls and messages multiple times BUT they did not forget to remind us to leave the turist city tax in cash on the desk over and over. At the end when I called to complain the customer service said the polimer person did not come a dit is not related to us.

Our family travels a lot and we always prioritize 4 things in this order of preference when it comes to hotels / apartment rentals. 1- Location & Safety, 2- Comfort & Amenities, 3 - Cleanliness, 4 - Staff / Customer Service. This apartment BARELY met all of these requirements with marginal ratings. In relation to #1 - the location on Grand Canal was great and the size of the apartment is VERY LARGE compared to other locations in Venice. However, security was questionable as there was no physical key provided and the keycode to access the apartment could EASILY be guessed and is clearly not unique to the guest (meaning prior guests could access the apartment without anyone stopping them). In relation to #3 - the apartment was clean with no major concerns and this is the only category where our family agreed it was a "fair value". In relation to #4 - the staff used whatsapp to communicate the entire time and was quick to respond whenever we had questions.

In relation to #2 - The apartment was not very comfortable at all. The windows that open to overlook the Grand Canal are VERY old and barely operable. They opened ON THEIR OWN several times, twice while we were not at the apartment causing the AC to not keep the rooms cool at all during the middle of summer (July). Temperatures inside of the apartment easily exceeded 29C / 85F on a regular basis. The beds were very firm, and our family got the worst sleep we've experienced in Italy at this apartment. Lastly, the shower is AWFUL, so small in fact that you will find yourself bannging your elbows on the valve over and over while trying to wash. Lastly, for the price we paid per night to rent this apartment, we just do not believe it was worth it.

Location was great. Having a washer was awesome. Kitchen was nice. Key code to get it was great. Food and coffee nearby was awesome.

Bathroom shower was small. Extra bed fold out was awful. Stairs were not expected. Extra pillows would be nice the ones provided pretty flat.

The apartament is located in a very good location, the rooms are large and there is a lot of space.

The glasses and plates were dirty, and the dors were noisy.

The apartment was located on a small street right off of a major street with lots of restaurants and shops. It was close to the Ca d'Oro vaporetti stop. Although I have no other experience with Venice apartments, it seemed like a good deal for the price and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms and a reasonable amount of space. The air conditioner worked very well. The host company was very prompt in responding to questions and was kind enough to allow us to store our luggage at their office on our last day while we waited on a late flight.

It would have been great to have more windows or a water view but we knew what to expect before we came. We also had a mystery person who rang our doorbell several times in the 9-11pm range both nights. Neither of these issues would prevent us from renting it again.

Clean close to all the amenities; St Marcos, walking distance 15 minutes to Rialto bridge water taxi 50 meters from the apt could not ask a bettet apartment

location was ok . had a microwave and washing machine.

it was cold and dark even with shutters open. Wi-Fi password was incorrect so had to call the agent . was sorted but Wi-Fi never worked in kitchen. shower adequate but needed some TLC . wasn’t really comfortable as bed settee was as a bed . and took up room . Getting out of bed at night to use toilet was awkward as another day bed in the way. No real ambience in the apartment . I know it is Venice but for 3 nights was very overpriced.

The apartment is very spacious with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large lounge, small sitting room and kitchen. We really liked that there was plenty of space for 6 friends, the location was central but quiet, and we were able to drop the luggage at 10:30 am. Self check in was good too. We had a couple of small issues and we were able to contact the management and they resolved them.

It could have had a drying rack - nowhere to hang up clothes once washed (no dryer either). Should have some basics like dishwasher tablets, extra rubbish bag, more than 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people! Please keep in mind this is an old apartment. It wasn’t made up into 6 separate beds as advertised but after I called, extra sheets were delivered.

The kitchen facilities were helpful to feed young child.

Property was a little difficult to find initially. A description of the small alley in which the property is located would help

location was good. property is fairly basic but had all we needed.

main lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms. did flag this within an hour of arriving, but no attempt to fix during our stay.

Great location, the apartment is really well set up, clean and comfortable; pretty much all you need for a great stay. Great to walk around the city.

Venice it's not a cheap city, but i guess prices are standards everywhere.
