Beautiful peaceful excellent location would recommend Avra in Paxos ,

Everything. Perfect location. Lovely pool and outdoor setting. The villa was beautiful very comfortable. Sofia the owner was very approachable nothing was too much trouble

really great start to our summer! lovely house and I’ll definitely be back when in paxos next.

so much space! lovely pool and outdoor area. we were 6 people and never felt on top of each other as there were so many rooms and areas to be in, but still feel relatively connected. It was less than a 5 min walk to cafes, shops and the main square.

no complaints, really liked everything.

Superb

Great accomodation which suited my family. All bedrooms are en suite, ground floor bedroom suited my mother who struggles with stairs, then 2 further bedrooms upstairs which both had patio doors leading onto a large balcony with great views down to the harbour. 2 sets of patio doors from the living area onto the terrace with comfortable table and chairs and swimming pool which was perfect for us. The house is located about a 15 minute flat walk from the new port (where the ferries arrive) we took a taxi as my mum struggles to walk any distance especially with luggage. Sophia the owner can arrange a taxi or there are numbers are the port. It's then a couple of minutes from the house to gaios village centre and to the harbour front with its restaurants, bars, bakeries and 2 little supermarkets. All the patio doors and windows have built in sliding fly screens (so no problems with mosquitoes at night) and also had shutters which we used upstairs which black out the rooms and gave us a great sleep. Anything we needed we just asked Sophia the owner and she provided quickly. Sophia was very friendly and twice gave my mum a lift as she was passing in the car. We'd love to return to Paxos again, it was so relaxing and we would definitely pick villa avra to stay in again.

The water pressure was poor so not great more than 1 person showering at a time but it was a Minor issue and wouldn't put us off staying again.

Nice house and location, but the shower was quite bad.

Had a lovely week and would definitely recommend to friends.

Excellent location, easy walk to restaurants and the beach. The villa was exceptionally clean, larger than we expected and the host was very helpful.

A place to stay in paradise

There is absolutely nothing not to like about this little gem. The location is fantastic with restaurants, supermarket, bakery and beaches a stones throw away. The villa is just perfect. A home away from home but with a view and sunshine and a private pool😀 Our host Sofia couldn’t have been more helpful. We were having difficulty securing ferry tickets to Paxos and Sofia arranged for us to collect them at the port. She also arranged for a taxi to meet us at the port.

Beautiful and clean apartment

Immaculately clean, great location in the centre of town, lovely pool.

This is advertised as a villa but is actually an apartment and privacy often wasn’t respected with unannounced visits from the owner. The house could have been better equipped with only one bed made up for us (with a baby we booked a villa with spare bedrooms) and no cooking ingredients or washing detergent etc so we needed to buy everything including salt and pepper from scratch. There were only two lounger cushions for the pool that didn’t fit and were brought in by Sofia frequently in case it rained. The villa is beautiful but the service could have been better.

Exceptional

Really great location right in Gaios, a 2 minute walk from the beach. The villa has everything you need and a lot of space. Perfect for a big group or a family. The pool is really nice and perfect for lounging all day. Sofia is a wonderful host who knows all about the island and is super friendly and accomodating.

Exceptional

The property was fantastic. It was beautifully decorated - so you really feel at home. The air con is new so no problems sleeping at night even in the summer. The location is perfect - a very short walk to the harbour, restaurants and ice cream shops (the best one is just down the steps). The kitchen is well stocked so you can eat at home. The fridge is new and nice and cold (important for the summer). The terrace is lovely with views of the harbour. It’s very peaceful. Great space for a family. We’ll definitely stay here again.

I would have loved a topper on the double bed as it’s two singles.
