Lovely modern apartment - very helpful host.

The host Francesca was extremely helpful. Allowed us to leave our bags at the apartment early (10:30am) so that we could go off and explore the nearby Cinque Terre without all our luggage. Check in was easy. Lovely modern apartment, very clean.

The lift was very narrow, could only just fit our narrow travel pushchair in - just so others are aware.

Appartement agréable et fonctionnel

Francesca nous a reçu plus tôt pour que nous puissions déposer nos affaires avant de prendre le ferry. Notre hôte a été très agréable nous avons été très bien reçus. L’appartement est propre et fonctionnel, il y a beaucoup de rangements si vous prévoyez de rester plusieurs jours.

Petit bémol concernant le bruit du ou des voisins du dessus.

Séjour inoubliable

Très bien situé pour visiter pas mal de choses, 5 terres, la Spezia, porto Venere , nous avons Pise juste avant. Francesca très disponible, très gentille et de très bon conseil, nous la remercions beaucoup. Appartement , rien à dire tout à été parfait!

We loved this apartment and we loved La Spezia.

It was a bright, spacious, clean and modern apartment in a nice central location. It had a lovely large wrap around balcony which we enjoyed. The host, Alfio, was extremely helpful a number of times we contacted him with questions. We also loved La Spezia; it was a great central hub for visiting the region, but more than that, La Spezia is beautiful in its own right. We enjoyed our time exploring La Spezia and eating out every night.

An extra electricity socket in the kitchen would help.

La Spezia, Cinque Terre, Here we are!

We liked everything, nice spacious living room, clean, everything in it is well-cared for. The owner pays attention to the details, and gave us a great stay. Claudio was wonderful to communicate with, and he helped us to find free parking nearby, a good restaurant in the area, etc.

We have stayed in 4 different properties throughout our Italian vacation. This one was better by far than all of the others.

Excellent for visiting Cinque Terre

Alfio, the owner, was very helpful, he waited for us at check in and gave us all the usefull infos about going to Cinque Terre and about the restaurants in the area. Location is very convenient, 5 min to the harbour, 10-12 min to the train station.

Lovely apartment

Great apartment! Had everything you could want. Comfy beds and lovely little kitchen area. The host was brilliant and was very helpful when checking in ensuring we knew the area. Would recommend.

Fantastic property, extremely comfortable and a host, Alfio, who looked after us very well.

Alfio met us at the property and gave us a very comprehensive tour of the property. Nothing was too much trouble and Alfio was very helpful in recommending restaurants and places to visit.

Central location but very noisy

Great location in the city centre & Alfio was very helpful with his recommendations

Even though it was a central location, it was very noisy with traffic & sirens especially on the Saturday night - people shouting & roaring at 3 o clock in the morning. Apartment needs soundproofing!!

La Cittadella apartment is the perfect place to stay if you want to visit Cinque Terre and the area around La Spezia. We had a late check-in and the owner was really nice to us. He was waiting for us when we arrived and explained us everything about the apartment. We had a wonderful time in this apartment. It is good for families and couples, the price quality/price is really good and the apartment is super clean. Thank you once more for receiving us! :)

Very nice stay to get around Cinque Terre

Very nice place where we felt welcome. Everything was clean and well equipped. The location in the city center was also very good, with nice restaurants and bars around the corner and a 15 min walk to the central station. Alfio, the host, was also very nice and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and getting around Cinque Terre. We would definitely come back:)

Elegant, comfortable apartment, in a lovely neighbourhood. Our family would highly recommend!

The apartment is elegant, all white furnishings, big windows in the living room and a lovely terrace. The airconditioning worked great !! The area is beautiful - shops, cafes, very close to the waterfront and it has a touch of a local feel. It is an easy walk to the train station to get to cinque terre. The host Alfio is very welcoming and warm. He is reliable and responds to questions quickly

Kitchen is fully stocked and very clean but it is a touch small.

Great stay in La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Fabulous apartment to explore the area.

The host, Alfi, was absolutely great. He took the time to meet us in person, showed us the property and made great sightseeing recommendations. The apartment was modern and spotless. Great location in the city centre of La Spezia.

If I came to the city 1000 times, all 1000 times I would stay in this apartment WITH this host.

Alfio the host, the location, the amenities, the rooms, the terrace, and all the water bottles, coffee, and capuccino the kitchen had when we arrived. The apartment and the host exceeded all our expectations, he gave us tips about parking, getting to know the city, reaching Cinque Terre, recommendations, how to get to the train station, how to reach the nearest supermarket, and more. 100/10.
