From the start I got tens of messages while I was driving to respond with exact time to collect the keys - so an unpleasant start, then the room was disgusting you could feel the dust in the air. We couldn't sleep properly because of the dust in the room. The parking was paid extra for 2 euros, considering the place is so overpriced it should be free. The place has a cafe in its name yet it doesn't even have a microwave in the common area...
We were even considering leaving in the middle of the night, but it was only couple of hours before our trip to the airport so we stayed and tried to rest just a little.

The owner was very kind. The location is very close to the airport (about 10-12min) but not in the landing/takeoff path so its pretty quiet.

Two cups & saucer a kettle. Nothing else. No spoon cutlery tea or coffee.if it Self catering needs microwave toaster and more dishes. Towels were too small. Only one small pillow each.
The electric gates got jammed contacting the people was a no no
Couldn’t get our room until 4 O’clock in the afternoon now one at the reception.

Nice simple room and easy communication with the host. The outside space and terrace was lovely to eat our breakfast in the sunshine. Good location. AC was useful.
Could have been slightly cleaner in the corners of the shower and near the fridge but around the bed was spotless.

the cat is very beautiful and gentle
the whole floor where the rooms are is built of plasterboard, and there is no insulation between them. I was "lucky" to have a porn movie playing in a room. I could NOT sleep most of the night. And besides, I couldn't complain because the guesthouse doesn't have a reception, it just accommodated us and left, and out of good sense I couldn't call at night!!!

Highway proximity was a plus since we were in transit. The location has free parking on the street but private paid parking. Confortable beds. We arrived at 23 pm and someone waited for us at the reception which was great.
Thin walls, we could hear everything and everyone and we could not get all the rest we needed. No sampoo or shower gel, only some hand sope. Overall in was clean but under the bed there was a lot of dust.

The property is beautiful, clean and very well maintained, with all the amenities and more. It would have the potential to be a 10/10 b&b conveniently next to the Budapest airport if they were serving breakfast and had proper reception staff.
As in many cases the pandemic is used to introduce less customer service. The pandemic was used as an excuse for not having reception staff on site. We arrived earlier than planned and had to wait over an hour and involve neighbours to be able to get into the booked property. The reception staff had not answered our calls or email. Eventually they showed up but did not speak any english or other language than hungarian...relying on google translate. Very frustrating.

In spite of the lack in English language we could understand each other due to knowledge in nowaday tech 😊
The pillows 😟 but the owner solved this issue right away.
There were some music/drum noises from the neighbourhoods but they ceased after 10 pm.
