La atención fue muy mala, fue de mala gana, descortés, poco amigable , nos querían hacer entrar a las 10 pm con la excusa de que el muchacho se dormía a las 10 pm . Salíamos más temprano y les pedimos si podían adelantar media hora el desayuno y tampoco fue posible . De dos habitaciones una estaba completamente con las paredes llenas de mugre , al punto que eran de color café , en el baño habían pedazos de uñas cortadas , en cuanto a la cama era cómoda . Lo más grave es que tenían guacamayas azules en cautiverio cuando claramente está prohibido.
En la otra habitación nos dieron las toallas demasiado desgastadas, tanto que estaban deshilachadas. El ventilador parecía que se iba a caer.

La atención de Claudia y Mauricio fue excelente, siempre pendientes de nuestro confort, muy atentos a nuestras solicitudes y preguntas. El hotel es muy lindo y aseado.

Everything from the Lobby, the bedroom, the bed to the breakfast area un the back surrounded by nature. The attention to every single detail.
If tou get realky picky, the bathroom needs better lighting.

Flo and Catherine we’re so nice and made us feel at home. The hotel is nicely decorated with very good taste, comfortable (amazing bed) spacious and very clean. Breakfast is good and there is parking, and the towels smell so good. Flo woke up at 5am to give us coffee when we left. The hotel really made us love even more Barichara.

Lovely property on the edge of a forest and accessible to the main square. The couple who run it are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice.

The French hosts Flo and his wife were super friendly, they really did their best to make us feel welcome. The hotel seemed very new (or recently upgraded), clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious too: local arepa, sweet brioche bread, egg, fresh fruit, perfect to start the day. There is a nice terrace with nature around.
We were a bit unlucky to experience a problem with the water supply so that wasn’t great, but Flo did his very best to solve it ASAP. The hosts take the COVID restrictions very serious which is understandable but it was a pity we had to wear a face mask inside and we couldn’t use the kitchen, but we respect this. Maybe one small suggestion: a daily or every-second-day cleaning of the (bath)room would be great!
Just 3 small things, we rate this stay overall with an 8!
