The most comfortable and relaxing stay of our entire trip in Montenegro

The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, with an amazing terrace facing the sea and the bay of Kotor where it is possible to eat one of the delicious fish dishes prepared by Valentina. In case you want to cook, the kitchen is also well stocked. The house is super close to the seaside and to a small, peaceful free beach not invaded by thousands of people. Kotor and Perast are very close by car. Great stay!

Fabulous view, nice and comfortable apartment. Valentina is a great host - very kind and helpful!

Our stay fell on extremely hot days. A/C is in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. I belive that most of the time it's not an issue at all.

Valentina is amazing, very friendly and helpful host. The apartments are very clean, comfortable, very close to the most charming beach not just in Orahovac but Montenegro also with the local people. And the view from the terraces, you are not able to discribe it… so wonderful…

Very kind and professional host. The apartament was very clean and had everything we needed as a family of four. Walking distance to a beach, couple of restaurants and a small playground. Located in a quiet area - fantastic for families. Most importantly - what a view!

We were very satisfied with out stay. Apartments was very spacious, balcon very big, greate place to spend time and breathtaking view. There was a grill in the garden we could use. Very friendly hastess, she gave us welcome snacks and were very friendfull, guide us and gave maps and hints.

Great view and the hospitality

Valentina is very nice and you feel you can trust her. we are glad to meet with her. Everything was very clean and tidy. the view from the apartment was awesome. the place was very quite. of course we went in October but I think it will be good anytime. price was good .

the bed is too much soft and not comfortable. if she changes the bed, the facility will deserve 10 out of 10. even though, the price was good.

the place was over the expectations. Maybe AC improved a bit, this summer was really hot, and Wi-FI

I enjoyed the view and the host was really friendly, a quiet place, perfect for families, close to the beach. This location gives you the opportunity to feel the locals. The beach is public, in fact is for locals and you meet the authentic vibe of the place.

One of the best!

I will remember this stay for a very long time! The appartment was very good located. It is very clean and was well equipped.... and the view!!!! The owner gave us recommendations for food, beach and much more. She is also very child friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay longer if we hadn't booked already another place in advance. We would love to come back one day! Thank you for everything.

Superb

Very hospitable and kind host. Perfect location to visit Kotor, perast etc. The view is amazing. The appartment was very clean, it had a good WiFi connection and it has a well equiped kitchen.

Check-in was easy, since the host was already there when we arrived, and the apartment was big, with a nice balcony and wonderful views. The apartment had all the basics, a big comfortable bathroom with shower, and we really appreciated the host having left some homemade sweets for us.

The apartment seemed unfinished (inside but, especially, outside) and missing a few details, though it had all the basics and the price was in agreement with this. Decoration was a bit old-style, even though everything was new, and the host seemed a bit rushed to receive cash payment, which she asked immediately after showing us around. We were also surprised that the balcony from the adjacent apartment was separated with just a curtain, but probably this was just a temporary solution.

Valentina's apartment is a haven on earth. Comfortable and fully equipped apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Valentina is such a warm host and she made our New Years Eve extra special with her homemade specialities. She also has a wealth of information regarding local attractions and things to do and which is best route to take. We'll most certainly be back. Highly recommended!

The view from the flat is amazing, Valentina is lovely (offering local delicacies and helped organise taxis for us at short notice when our travel plans changed). The flat is very clean and reasonably close to small, quiet beaches. The flat is in a small, quiet village but has a couple of beach bars and restaurants, and whilst a car is required to get to larger supermarkets, there is a small shop in the village for basic things. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Steep hill to walk up from the beach. Whilst the property’s page did state there was an additional charge for laundry services, given price paid, there should be a washing machine in the flat.

Best Apartment with an amazing view

View from the apartment is amazing. Host is very friendly . The apartment was very cosy, clean & spacious. Two minutes walk to beach. Just 5 minutes car ride to explore Perast, also there is an option to go by bus from the bus stop just two minutes walk from the apartment.

Awesome stay im Orahovec

Nadja apartamenty was very good choice. Valentina (owner) welcomed us with fresh local kind of donuts with honey. The apartament has 2 bedrooms and is really nice and well equiped. From the tarrace there is perfect view on Kotor bay. Kitchen is well equiped and living room is nice. To the small local shop it is 100 m. To the beach less than 5 min. We enjoyed a lot!!!

The first impression of the building is not good. But when you enter the apartment everything is OK
