The location is great for exploring Siena as well as the beautiful Chianti region. It is lovely, rural and quiet around the accommodation. Loved the beautiful old furniture and history of the apartment. Gherarda was very kind and even gave us a bottle of wine to welcome us. We liked the outdoor space

The accommodation is a lovely rustic place but it is in need of some maintenance. Especially the shower is not acceptable. Disappointed that there were no wine glasses, only tumblers and that in the Chianti wine region! Kitchen equipment inadequate - broken knives etc. Found the master bedroom very dark. Overpriced for what it offers, compared to other places we stayed in Tuscany. The Wifi offered at the accommodation is not great
