Embarrassed to have stayed here :-(

I Can't really think of anything - Stayed with 8 staff, and we all had a *&#%! of a night there.

How long have you got? The cross country trek through a bog to park the work truck The whole place in darkness making it difficult to see from the highway at night The Hole in the door covered over with a sheet of paper The random medication lying around on the floor The lights that wouldn't turn off The lights that kept blinking on and off all night The aircon that only had one working setting The aircon that blew mysterious dust into the room The bathroom and showers that were moldy The layer of dust on the carpets between the beds The broken and uneven concrete "paths" that were flooded in the rain The broken tiles in the bathroom The broken mirror The misplaced bookings The walls so thin you could hear the people in the next room playing games on their phones all night ... this is quite possibly the worst place I've stayed at in 30+ years of travelling around Australia with my staff. I'm embarrassed to have asked my team to stay here, and have vowed to make it up to them. NEVER GOING NEAR THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!

The smoke detector was removed from the ceiling!!!!! the room was freezing and the air conditioning didn’t work properly, you had to stand directly under it to feel any warmth as the louvre didn’t work.. the pillows were uncomfortable and very cheap, I froze the whole time in the room also cigarette burns on the bedside table from previous guests, curtains didn’t fit the window and woken at daybreak by blinding sunlight NOT worth the price charged !!

felt very unsafe staying here, rooms were a mess and beds were not comfy at all walls are paper thin the tiniest bit of noice from your neighbours and u can hear it all i ended up leaving early as i just felt unsafe

completely dissatisfied, I’ve stayed in many low rated motels with minimal ammenities but this place was outright dingy

location was hood for us- but that was it

The room had an odour - the Air conditioner had a smell to it & kept turning off the shower water smelt like sewerage to the point we did not have a shower at all!! single bed mattress was extremely bowed / sunken in in the middle- my mothers back was aching when she woke in the morning! my husband checked under the bed before we left & someone has left a food container with chicken - we didn’t eat here at all so it was clearly from previous guests

Easy to find. Good parking in front of room.

Room smelt like sewerage everytime you flushed the toilet or ran water.

This property should not be on Booking.com. It is a rundown motel. the gaps in the door to the room are so large that hundreds of flies swarmed into our room. The first room we were shown, there were thousands of flies already in the room. we had driven 6 hours and we were tired. we made the most of it by boarding the front door gaps with cardboard so flies didn’t enter. This motel is in need of SERIOUS updating.

not much staff was slack - rang to say was going to be late , they said we will message me with how to get the key and they never did when got there and got in to office was only given 1 key for two rooms as they think the other key was lost then could not find the rooms and when we did one of the rooms was over powered by a smell of curry

it is far worst than advertised and not good for families at all

nothing also on Booking.com it was written that cot will be available however I got a call in the morning of our booking confirming no Cot availability

there were 2 spiders spotted and windows was broken

It was comfy the staff at desk was friendly.

There was no milk in the fridge for cuppas and on arrival wasn't offered any at reception so had to have a black cup. With only one face washer for two people didn't help much. But otherwise enjoyed the stay

it was disgusting. baby cockroaches crawling everywhere and small spiders in webs on the ceiling. tiles ere sticky and carpet moist. check in was 2pm and at 4:30 the room wasn’t ready.
