we had to wait 30min because our room was not ready even we checked in in the evening!! the wc was not clean after changing 2 rooms :/

The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful.

SPA times was short between 13 pm to 12 pm! To those who plan to visit the city during the stay will be difficult to enjoy the Spa. SPA was closed 4 days under my stay for 7 days because of the governmental holidays in Türkiye which is not acceptable because I stay at a private hotel! The sales manager of the hotel promised to investigate the 78 extra euro that the hotel took from my credit card but I didn't get any response from him and this is unprofessional!

The room was very clean and the staff is very friendly. If you do not mind living a bit farther from the center of Istanbul, definitely go for it. It has all facilities needed for spending a great vacation

Nothing, they neglect my complain for opening my room while I'm sleeping. I do not know if this staff wants to stall or to turn on the heating system. If this happen during my present at room how I can be sure that they are not open my room during my absences.

This was not my first stay , but this time was the worst. In the mid night, i awake on somebody from the staff trying and open my room while i am sleeping!!!!. I follow him he said that he is from the staff and the reception give him keys for room of new guests to turn on the heating system. How stupid answer . How the reception give him key for occupied room wtfc system they had. I reported this to the reception and they promise to check the cctv and return to me, and till now nobody from the staff contacted even for say sorry. The breakfast was very poor.
