Appartement très bien équipé, très propre( le nécessaire de toilette en plus) . vue magnifique sur le golf,literie très confortable et rangements. La plage à côté est une des plus belle de la côte. Arrivée facile et excellente communication avec Gio.

Ok….the unit was first rate, could use some decluttering. We were early in the season and the extended property was suffering from little or no maintenance in the past two (Covid) years. This was not limited to this property the entire Costa Smeralda area is run down.

Great location and nice view from balcony! They have air condition everywhere and in general its clean.

The sea view is fabulous, the terrasse is nice, the location is good at the Marina and air conditionning

A bit more materials to cook, one door does not close. Appart from that everything was good!

Excellent place! Amazing view from the balcony, all rooms with AC and very much comfortable. White sand Beach is just 5 minutes walk, like having it as a backyard. The area of surroundings (Portisco) has everything, a small supermarket and restaurants. Main clubs in Porto Cervo are 15-20 minutes drive. Totally recommended.

The view is truly spectacular. And it’s a 5 minute walk to a really lovely white sand beach down a narrow dirt track. We were there in October, so it was deserted. Perhaps in Summer it would be a bit crazy, but the flat itself was very comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Teeny tiny showers make for an amusing bathing experience. But it’s not a real problem. Although take care as the water gets very hot. There’s no oven, but there is a cook too and some great restaurants nearby (try Zara’s in San Pantaleo).
