Situated in Buena Vista, this charming house for R 2,961 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This house has been continually remodeled throughout the last 7 years to accentuate the century old style with modern amenities. Here the owner cleans and still irons sheets and steam cleans rugs every time a guest with a dog leaves. This house received a certificate for Covid appropriate cleaning and sanitizing from the town of Buena Vista. The house sleeps 4-6 guests, 1 KING bed with new pillow top mattress and large desk with highspeed internet/WIFI, 1 queen bed in the second bedroom with vanity and one queen pull out couch with extra memory foam mattress in living room, wall mounted electric fireplace, hardwood floors throughout, 10 ft. ceilings, full bath with slate floor, large mudroom. Large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, Range/stove, washer and dryer. 50 inch HDTV, DVD/CD player Stereo Receiver. Pet-friendly, fenced-in front and back yard. (pet fee $60/stay) Dogs can be kept in mudroom when you are away. Step through French doors to our large deck with wicker chairs/passive solar lights under shade sails or BBQ your favorite dish. A special treat is our outdoor infrared Sauna for 2-3 people. The property has 2 off-street parking places, one long enough for trailer or RV w/ water/sewage and electric hookups. Storage shed can be used for smaller sport gear like kayaks, skis, snowboards, bikes etc. Our house is one block from Main Street directly on the Bike route (bike rental 1 block) but away from traffic and noise. Enjoy the quietness of watching birds and the deer coming by for a visit. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes for 6 guests. This home is over 100 years old with many original features like the front doors, original iron fence, water pump, vintage stove, unique bath vanity, vintage lamps and partially displaced brick walls for a homey feel. Mt. Princeton Hot Springs approx 15 min away and Cottonwood Hot Springs about 10min. For our Ski enthusiasts, 30 min to Ski Monarch and 40 min to Ski Cooper. "My Colorado Cottage".
