The location.

Owner told that temperature in apartment is set for maximum. We have frozen in the night, it was winter. Next day when I said this, owner advised how to increase the temperature in apartment. Her desire to reduce payments for energy costed us the dreamless night in a cold room. Also the temperature of water in bathroom was quite low - it was cold to take a shower.

Nice price, all necessary facilities is provided. Nice stuff.

Location was quiet and fairly central. The shower was good.

The rooms were very unclean and I have never stayed anywhere that has been so uncared for and disgustingly dirty. We spent the first hour of our stay trying to clean the property. Generally the facilities, contents of the property and the bedding are tired and very dated.
