Situated in Brooms Head, this lovely house for R 2,434 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. "Beach Haven", two storey beach house perfectly positioned for that fun filled and active holiday on the sea shore. The property and it's position also provide a quiet and relaxing retreat. The design will make it very easy to have the whole family staying with you at the Brooms Head with this substantial beach house. Plenty of space is on offer. This home is set out in a way that the extended family can all be comfortable. Large sized bedrooms on both levels make for a total of four room (Queen beds x 3 + Tri-Bunk) and bathroom facilities are on both levels. The combination of living, dining and full sized kitchen with an outlook to the ocean. The timber floor adds a very coastal and casual feel to this first floor. Please Note: You will need to bring your own Sheets, Pillowcases and Bath/Beach Towels. Blankets/Doonas, Pillows, Tea Towels, Bathmat, Hand Towels and Wi-Fi are provided. Fully fenced back yard with two side gates. Check-in Information/Code will be sent 2-3 days before booking date via Messages/Inbox. Caravans, Tents and Other Structures are not to be erected or occupied at the property. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the client’s responsibility during the stay. The client shall be liable for all costs and expenses incurred as a result of such damage, breakages theft or loss howsoever caused or occurring. When using Heaters (Oil, Panel or Other) they must Plug into Wall Sockets Only, Not Power Boards or Extension Cords. Any excess rubbish or recycling material which does not fit into the council bins provided is the responsibility of the client and must be removed by the client accordingly. If this is not done then rubbish and recycling material removal and tip fees will be charged. If the BBQ has been used it must be left clean and if not a $55 cleaning surcharge will apply. The owners arrange for a standard clean of the property as priced. However any non-standard or additional cleaning costs will be charged back to the client at a rate of $55 per hour. Departure: The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Prior to departure rubbish and recycling materials should be removed from the house and placed in the bins. Beach Haven may decline your request to book if in any way are "uncomfortable with this guest". You must comply to the Guest Code of Conduct throughout your stay.

This property is ideal for a holiday. A large wraparound deck, neat & clean house, plenty of space and close to the beach. We stayed in winter, and there were plenty of blankets and a heater in each bedroom. Thank you. Recommended.

This place was perfect for us! The house was great, and had everything we needed. The beach and a playground were just across the road, and we could walk to the wedding we were there for! Martin was really quick to answer any of our questions. We'll be back!

We loved our stay at Beach Haven. The house is very well equipped. It has lots of handy extras, which made our say very comfortable. The location is fantastic and Brooms Head is a lovely quiet location for a break away from it all.

The house looks even more beautiful than the photos. We had the greatest weekend and everything you could possibly need is conveniently at the property. We had a wonderful time riding the bikes around town.

We had a fantastic time at this property. Kids had a ball being so close to the beach and using the bikes to ride around. Downstairs bathroom could definitely use an update but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved the location of the house set back from the hustle and bustle of the caravan crowds but still able to have ocean views. The house has a wrap around verandah on three sides of the house enabling perfect weather conditions when outside. Check in was easy and hassle free. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back for future family holidays. Loads of room with two living areas, two bathrooms and two fridges, perfect for adults and children.

The property was nice, location was close to the beach. No linens or towels so we brought our own along with all of our food and condiments due to the general store buying closed. Out stay was good except for checkout when the owner charged us extra for not cleaning the bbq which we thoroughly cleaner prior to checkout as well as a good sweep through the house. The correspondence with the owner was poor regarding this matter and we were also accused of stealing which was very upsetting considering we brought everything with us.

The quintessential beach house! We loved it. Kitchen is well supplied with everything needed to cook up a storm if you feel like it, decor is lovely and the house was very clean. The deck is huge and inviting, and a great place to spend the day relaxing. The view of the ocean is as seen in the photos. All in all, we would highly recommend Martin's property if you want to get away from it all.

Great pet friendly house with split levels to allow independence when needed. 3/4 balcony provides extensive views and great entertaining area. Bikes, games, boards provided with stay. Short drive to beautiful Sandon where beach driving and awesome fishing is on offer.

Our family of 7 adults enjoyed staying in this spacious, well set out and appointed home away from home. The open plan living area was perfect. Family meals around the large kitchen table were followed by evenings of fun and games of which were also provided. The rear deck was a great place to enjoy a beverage or two into the wee hours. Would stay again!
