The staff was friendly

The room was moldy. You could feel the dampness in the air depending on the side of the room you stood in relation to the AC. Sheets and bedding are very low quality. The shower head was caked in hard water scale and sprayed everywhere. The shower floor was rusted. The AC kept kicking off, the outlet wiring was very suspect. The parking lot is so small. There was a gap in the balcony doors that let bugs in.

The place is convenient and a good enough hotel room.

I liked the convenient location near the airport.

Perhaps due to the recent typhoon, the elevator was broken so I had to lift all the luggage up the stairs without any help offered by staff

Awesome

Staff was Amazing! Made some great friends! Rooms were tidy and I loved my view from the third floor. Pool is a wonderful area to hang out at especially with kids so they can see planes come and go. Stayed there for 10 days and it’s so conveniently close to Payless,Subway, KFC, McD’s and gas stations! Laundry room is easy accesible to the guests. The drinks and snacks at the front desk were a godsend for late night snack cravings. I will be sure to come back again!!!

My stay was just perfect. It was not my first stay, I love the place and the location.

The room and bed are just perfect for me. Always clean and comfortable.

THERE WAS NOTHING I DIDN'T LIKE BUT NEED HELP WITH-CAN YOU SEND ME AN AGREEMENT FOR THE RENTAL CAR. I NEED TO FILE THE EXPENSES. NEED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS FOR THAT. PLEASE IF SOMEONE CAN E-MAIL ME AN AGREEMENT FOR THE CAR RENTAL, THANK YOU.

Great accommodation for a short stay.

The rooms were affordable

I wish airport transportation was available for free since I’m already paying for the room. Also, please avail blankets for the beds because sheets in AC is extra cold.

Not Sure ( I want to ) Stay again...

Front desk only area morning soup was usually nice and hot an bedding was nice when it was changed.

Slowest oldest elevator on Guam and so many office staff for a small hotel and oddly many locals and workers living there and in an out. Pool was a bit dirty with old pool furniture and didn't seem clean at times or heated until I made a review before but it seems to have been removed. The breakfast buffet really ends at 0845 or they start shutting down an cleaning up before 0900. Even though the schedule says 0630 to 0900. We seem to have only leftovers or get scolded for not coming down at 0830. Food selection was ok but I was expecting more from an American chain. Most buffets go til 10am because people are on vacation and want to sleep in an not feel rushed.

Would not stay here again.

The manager did compensate my group for one night.

Management was aware of our arrival time, several phone calls to confirm. We waited outside for 1 hour at 0330 AM because no staff/security at front desk to let us in. Finally the night staff drove up and said he was gone only 10 minutes! Even though we were told no airport shuttle, he said he had to do an "airport shuttle run", Room not as represented on website. Plastic sheeting covered the window and it was shredded in places and grimy. Sheets were torn and the other room's bed appeared as it someone had been sleeping on it and their room was changed. Bathroom was dirty and moldy. Best Western may be on the name of this hotel, they have no affiliation with this hotel as the manager told me later.

if you like walking around, don’t stay here

quick check in, nice staff (female), complimentary coffee, comfy bed, there weren’t cockroaches, big bathroom, decent size room

location. basically it’s on highway and made for ppl with cars. I like walking but the road wasn’t made for pedestrians. it was horrible to walk. got ripped off by a cab driver from airport so I wasted lots of money on the cab ride. if you like walking around, don’t stay here. the hotel rate is lower but you need to add 50 bucks min for the cab ride to/from the airport. then it’s much better to stay near the beach. I regret booking this place. overall, it wasn’t enjoyable. and the dogs barking outside, little kid in the next room made lots of noise at 3:50am. I was soooo upset. also they gave me a room in the back, close to where dogs are. wasn’t a good experience.
