Pool heater automatically turns off at 40 or below. If cold weather is expected for extended periods , we turn pool heater off because it would not work anyway. If pool heater is on and there is a heavy rain, the water temps will drop until heater can catch up. We can not guarantee pool will be at ideal temperature., but strive to keep it at 85ish. If you book close to the checkin date, you can ask what what the chances are! This well planned 4 bedroom, 2 bath home, is only 12 short blocks from Main Street and has plenty of room for up to 10 adult guests . The home has a large living/kitchen/dining area that works well for large groups. We have stocked the kitchen with loads of cookware, serving dishes and glassware to serve a crowd. The dining area has a table that expands for up to 10 . We've also included non breakables, booster seat, travel crib for the kiddos. The living room is large with plenty of comfy seating, a large screen TV, high speed internet, DVD player and lots of movies, games, toys and more. The bedrooms are spacious and include 5 king beds and 1 queen, with comfortable beds and high end sheets. We have all kinds of pillows, extra blankets, and towels and include many other amenities that most homes do not have. The large corner lot is partially fenced and has a hot tub for our guests as well as the all year awesome private heated pool, (fenced for kids safety), horse shoe pit, new volleyball/badminton area, tether ball, as well as other yard games and toys for the kiddos. Start the day with a dip in the heated swimming pool and then sit back in one of the loungers to dry off and soak up the sun. When it’s lunchtime, fire up the BBQ and enjoy lunch under the shaded pergola or front porch sectional, or hang out on the pool side sectional or lounge chairs . (see pool disclosure) Note that the pool heater is set for about 85degrees March-Dec., but will not work if the outside temps are below 40 for more than 24 hours. If temps are that low then the heater will be turned off. This only happens 1-2 times per year so you have pretty good odds of being able to use it, but we can't guarantee it. ☆☆ Bedrooms ☆☆ Your group will have plenty of space to spread out between the 4 bedrooms.
