A separate big room upstairs for kids. Helpful hosts. Localization near castle and a lot of restaurants near by.

It would be nice have a local fresh georgian bread for breakfest instead of typical white bread that is available in Europe (and is not that great)

The location although the directions send you to the wrong place

The building, the surroundings, the fact that there was no kitchen although it was advertised and the awful shower. It looked nothing like the pictures. The owners were sweet.

-the shower - it's the kind without any curtains so with every shower there is a flood in the bathroom (they provided us with a mop though) -the hosts speak only Russian, if someone doesn't know any it would probably be harder to communicate

Great place. Very friendly and very close to Rabati castle. The Armenian plov for breaskfast was amazing

it’s not only hotel it is really home of me I felt like with my father and my mother they are very kind people I love them.

The owner is very kind even though they can’t speak English well, but the language is not a problem. The best thing is hearty breakfast in the morning that you should try. It’s more than worth it.

this is a difficult review to write... we wish we could keep the rate higher because the owners were trully great people and they helped us with taxi for vardzia etc even though they didnt speak english. location is perfect the price was great as well and i am sure that hy paying more elsewhere we wouldnt have got a better place. all properties seems to be set up in the same way here.

however... we didnt get what we booked at all. we booked 2 different bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. we had a very big bedroom with one bathroom containing a double bed plus 7 single beds, 1 bathroom. not so good for privacy and confort.beds were not good.

The hosts were very kind, the location is very good between the bus station and the castle of the city which is the main attraction. The room was huge, very confortable beds and soft sheets, very well equipped (hair dryer), good wifi, breakfast at the guesthouse, they find us a driver to take us at Vardzia at good price and recommend us a good local restaurant. Highly recommended!

Very clean apartament, even tiles on the porch were shiny ;) Very comfortable bed, tables outside to spend nice time in the evening. Perfect location, close to Rabati. Good homemade breakfast. Lovely owners, even though they don’t know english and we georgian or russian we communicated easily

location is central, hosts is a very warm and kind hearted couple. will recommend to anyone with kids, alone travelers or with a group.

Everything was perfect. Location, room, breakfast. Owners live downstairs and at really friendly. It's also motorcycle friendly, we could park it within the gates of the hotel.

Everything was super. Nice and kind hosts, gave us little snack during arrival and really big and tasty breakfast. They also recommended restaurant nearby, which was also excelent. Definitely recommend staying here at least one night.
