Zentral gelegen, 10 min zur Cala Agulla und ca. 15-20 min zum Hafen CR. Alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar.

The place is above what we have expected. We went with 2 kids, so we loved that everything is sooooo close... numerous restaurants, shops, beach... everything short walking distance. Apartments... amazing. Everything you need is there. AC kept the apartment nice and cool.. Cleaning staff was there every morning to clean everything...chairs, pool, surrounding area. So the place is spotless every day. No noisy neighbors, pool in size is absolutely enough to cool off, relax, play with ball. Diving center is 5 min walking distance. Owner was really approachable, what ever we needed she did her best to have us sorted.

Very well equipped and super clean apartment. Kitchen with all you need, coffee machine, beach umbrellas etc. The place is very private. Very helpful and understanding stuff.

Bed mattress was uncomfortable, very used.

Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Rooms were fine, clean and very spacious.

It is more of a family location so there might be kids running around all day. If you don’t expect to sleep late on your vacation might not be a problem.

Great location (a few minutes walk from Cala Agulla and 15min from Cala Ratjada's harbour) and good value for money. Nice swimming pool and facilities. Staff was extremely friendly. 100% recommended.

A lovely small apartment complex consisting of several 2-story bungalows located on a quiet side street but very close to the main street leading across Cala Agulla. Very close (approx. 250 m) to the lovely seaside promenade. Also a short and pleasant walk to the main part of Cala Ratjada, with the port and all the attractions. Plenty of shops and restaurants or bars in close vicinity, no problem with shopping or eating out. The largest beach in the area located less than a km to the north. Also nice walking and hiking forested areas nearby. The whole area looks generally safe and pleasant. Our apartment was clean, tidy, and spatious (for 1 adult and 1 child). We came in not the highest season (spring break in April), so the owner/host had even given us a few options to choose from. Well-working AC/heating. A lovely rest area with a little swimming pool, all fenced off, tidy... The host very pleasant and helpful, lives on site. It was no problem to communicate prior to arrival, e.g. via a popular internet messenger. Also the maintenance crew does a good job. Towels, toiletries, etc. all there and can be replaced upon request. Even a mid-term cleaning included. Overall, super location, very good service, excellent standard-for-price ratio.

Nothing to dislike, to be honest. It was a great accommodation for our needs and met the expectations. I will mention a few things to keep in mind by someone looking for more sophisticated standard. WiFi is there but is not super strong in every room. Works well by the pool and reception area, works fine on balconies but may be totally unworkable in a back-side bedroom. The kitchen equipment was adequate and had a basic set of utensils (but as many as 3 different coffee makers provided! :). There was a 2-burner electric plate, no oven. Basic model microwave. All in all, perfectly fine for our needs. Good, large refrigerator. No dish washing machine (not a complaint but worth knowing if you plan on home cooking for many people).
